Itās difficult to give a rating since we never had the opportunity to make anything. I reached out before we left the house to ensure there was space. We were told that yes theyāre open for drop-ins and we did not need to make a reservation. I said see you soon and we got ready to go shortly after. We get there and are told they are at capacity and were asked if we had a reservation. No... we were told we did not need one. I left with a sobbing toddler and honesty was so disappointed myself. I completely understand limited capacity right now which is why I reached out beforehand. Learn from my experience and insist on making a reservation even if itās just a couple of you.
Response: The point is, I was specifically told that I did not need a reservation. If I knew that, I would have gladly made one. This is why I checked before getting ready to leave... in case I needed to reserve a time slot. There is no way I could have known that you were only referring to that particular moment, or 30 minutes from that moment, when I...
Read moreI was looking for some nice time with my daughter. We arrived took our ceramics and started painting. You can also do candles, we did some on a different ocasión and they still carry the scent everywhere, glass and painting but we wanted to do ceramics this time .

It is a really nice place, heads up is not cheap. But is so nice it is worth it. If you are more than 2 people I would recommend contact them ahead to check if there is space or if you can reserve (I think this is possible for parties over 6)
Definitely a nice place to spend a morning or evening
Iām not an expert at ceramics at all but did enjoy the moment and distraction of doing something different than working on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy first experience at the Pottery Factory was solely due to my daughters invitation to a birthday party. I am not a huge fan of arts and crafts centers and went in with little to no interest save that of my child's enjoyment, but I was soon singing a new toon. I was very impressed with the staff, assortment of options and an easily accessible location. I could instantly perceive a very theraputic and relaxing environment, coupled with a layed back cafe setting and non hectic/non rushed atmosphere. The staff is there to answer questions, give guidance or direction and help through every step, option or process available. Whether colored candles, ceramics or stained glass creations, the Pottery Factory has the trained staff to walk you through all your needs and questions.
My daughter and I, both had a very...
