Giving 3 stars. The dinner is really cute, and the food is good. I came on my lunch break. Got in, got seated and then waited for about 10 minutes. Finally a waitress came to ask if anyone had taken my drink order...after several other waitresses walked by me several times. She came back, placed my order and food was out in about 15 mins (which is typical timing for this type of dinning.) Still unclear whom my waitress was, sat my glass to the end of the table and was still walked by several times until I finally just stopped on to ask for a refill and to go on and get the ticket. Betty’s ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!! Every time my wife drags me here we have issues. They constantly run out of items on the menu. The service is subpar to ok but usually very slow. Don’t let the locals fool you with good reviews…. Betty’s would never survive in a real food city. Tonight we were seated outside and brought our drinks. Buyer beware, you can’t have it your way! Called to go order in with very clear requests and we got anything but what we ordered. When questioned at time of payment, I was told burgers don’t come with lettuce and tomato’s when ask to have them dressed, just means pickles 🥒 🤷‍♂️ 😳???? So I asked for lettuce and tomatoes and was then told $2.75 charge for each burger (4) and tomatoes are not in season 😱. Nevertheless try anywhere but here!!!! There’s too many better burger joints...
