Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Brookhaven

Walked into a 3/4 empty restaurant waited at the door for 5 min then finally someone greeted us 2 adults 2 kids. The host walked passed 10 empty tables and sat us next 2 employee tables 2 of them. Host had to wipe the table down left it totally wet. And we had to ask for napkins to dry our own table. Sat there watching a women's basketball game clock was at 12:31 in the game sever finally can over when the game was at 8:22 took our drink order and app order. We asked for crayons for our kids at this time as well. Server never came back. With anything no drinks no crayons nothing. Mind you there were 8 employees hanging out having a great time at 2 tables around us eating and drinking watching us NOT get service. Basketball games clock hit 0:00 we left I did talk to the manager on the way out and guess what he had our Southwest egg rolls in his hand still were no drinks on the table. How the hell do Southwest egg rolls beat drinks to the table. And also the Southwest egg rolls beat the chips and salsa to the table. All things said we will never even drive through there parking lot let alone visit this place again. On a positive note the 8 employees who cared not for us getting service had a great break and we're laughing having a great time. So at least while they dgaf they were in...

I’m going to say something nice before I give my review of our meal from Chili’s Brookhaven PA from yesterday...Valentine’s Day. Last time we ordered we enjoyed most of our meals with the exception of the fried pickles...normal portions & overall it was good. Now, I’m sad to say how disappointing EVERYTHING we ordered including desserts were terrible and skimpy...we also arrived early for our pickup with the thought behind that being we would rather wait for them to finish preparing so it’s nice and hot and by the time we get home it won’t be so cold. Well, that isn’t what happened, 15 minutes early and it was already sitting waiting in the bags. First thing I noticed is the ice cream though NOT a full scoop was in a bag with supposed HOT food. Unfortunately, the quesadillas had barely anything in them and were just sloppy and unappealing. NOT the way we bought them the time before. The chocolate molten cake was stale and the loaded fries were so cold they solidified and were just one pile stuck together. Thats only mentioning a few items...just all around bad, bad food. Sad...we used to enjoy Chili’s, I think that was...

Came in for lunch. Bought my daughter and her friend after graduation expecting to have a nice meal. Waited for about 10-15 at the hostess stand. Granted she was a little busy. Told me the wait would be 5 more minutes. I was ok with that. Another family with 3 people as well came in and sat down. At this point we’ve been waiting about 15 mins. After another 10 mins the hostess came back and seated the family that came in after us. When I asked her why were they seated first and we’ve already been waiting 20-25 mins now and they’ve only waited 5-10. Her response was “I was coming to seat you next”. They waitress Latifah tried to justify it, saying they had been there when the table she was talking about wasn’t even the one that o was speaking on. Now here is where my attitude comes in because I’ve waited 25 mins with my 2 kids I’ve been pleasantly patient and this other family of 3 comes in and waits for 5 mins and is served. By the time we were seated the other family already had their drinks and ordered their food. Long story short, the kids ate, I didn’t. I didn’t even want to stay but I didn’t want to ruin their day.
