Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Brookhaven

The food there is very good with a great selection. I visited the other day but disliked one of the employees. The girl had a major attitude and after she made my sandwich, I said "thank you", she walked away and didn't say anything. She went to the corner and chugged her bottle of water. While eating, a guy who worked for the store was peeling off a sticker sign that covered the front door, making a loud, annoying noise in the process. After hearing some of that, I took my lunch and walked out. Fourteen dollars that could have gone somewhere else. I will either go to another Jersey Mike's or Subway next time, I will not give this location...

Yo, what are we doin' here? Went to this Jersey Mike’s with my dad yesterday—no soap in the bathroom. Like, none. Alright, maybe just a bad day. Came back today… still no soap. TWO DAYS. We both asked different employees about it. I asked again and the dude just goes, “You can use our sink behind the counter.”

Bro… what? That’s your fix? You want me to go behind the counter like I work there and scrub up next to the deli slicer? Also—how are YOU washing your hands?! That’s the only bathroom in the whole place!

I love Jersey Mike’s, but this location? Nah. I don’t need my Italian sub with a side of E. coli....

As other reviewers have mentioned, this restaurant is filthy. I've witnessed bugs several places, and the last time I visited the trash in the can right by the front door had not been taken out and we were welcomed into the restaurant with a giant whiff of rotten food. The employees are rude, inefficient, and clearly do not work well together as there seems to be a lot of miscommunication and bickering on the serving line. I love Jersey Mikes, but there are other locations that provide much better service and have high standards of...
