Pat's Pizza & Pasta Brookhaven — Restaurant in Brookhaven

I like the food of Pat's and am happy that all the restaurants serve the same breaded wings. However, the service at the Edgemont Ave is horrific! They have messed up my order 3 times whether I order over the phone for pick or delivery or order face to face. 3 strikes and your out! Now when you order the breaded wings you have to request the blue cheese dressing for an extra fee and they no longer have celery even though the newest menu states you can order celery for an additional cost as well. Are you kidding??? This is after I noticed that their prices had already gone up. Being told that over the phone I cancelled my order with them and called Pat's in Boothwyn where the wings automatically come with the celery and blue cheese dressing. I don't know of anywhere else that wings do not come with celery and dressing. Are they going to start charging extra for the dressing when you order a salad? If management can not make a profit w/o charging these fees then they need to go to business school. I'd rather drive to Boothwyn where my order has NEVER been incorrect in over 5 years and there are no underlying fees for the non-extra extras. Edgemont Ave has frustrated me and wasted my time because what I was served as opposed to what I ordered would make me sick if I attempted to eat it. I do not recommend Pat's Edgemont Ave location to anyone, whether I like the person or not. I prefer to take the extra time to drive to Boothwyn as opposed to having my time taken away from me because of EXTREMELY...

Unacceptable experience! Just ordered food took over 45 minutes, had to call and make sure it was even coming considering it said on their website that they close at 10pm. The food was cold, which definitely makes mozzarella sticks nasty considering they should have been served hot. My soda was never brought, and to make MATTERS WORST my fiance ordered a salad and requires a special diet for the time being just getting out of the hospital... he made the special order and specified and they put all the things on the salad that could have sent him into an attack and back in the ER. I am disgusted. I called spoke to the manager and i was told sorry that they had a hetic night....how unprofessional...how is that my fault and i tipped the driver and called his number right after leaving and he wouldn't even pick up... i want my money back and nobody should order from this place. Their quality of service is low and not worth the 27$ dinner....

I work in Cherry Hill, nj and use Pats all the time so I figured they would be the same. I have been there 3x with my husband and never again. The last time I ordered a salad and my husband got tortalinni alfredo. I got my salad and then my husband got fettuccine alfredo 27 mins later. We timed it bc we alwere that bored and he was so hungry. Whomp whomp.We counted 7 employees, 1 was actively braiding her hair when she took our order at the register and we were the only customers in the shop. Then as we left not a single person sad goodbye or thanks for comming. The best thing about this place is their onion rings. Thus place is less than 5 minutes from my house and you won't catch me in there again. Cherry Hill Pat's is aces though, they have a ton more on their menu and the people are actual humans that care you are in their business. Corporate needs a secret shopper in...
