I can honestly say I have consistently received awful customer service from this location. I stopped ordering from this location and had forgotten why until tonight. I placed an order last week for wings, mozzarella sticks, and Apple pies my food was delivered cold last week and I did not recieve my complete order I was offered a $15 credit for this location. So I placed an order tonight at 7:20 (happy to redeem my $15 credit) for mozzarella sticks and a stuffed crust cheese pizza, I was told my pizza would be delivered in about an hour. I called back at 7:23 because my 8 year old son reminded me that the last time we ordered that type of pizza from this location it was really dark and tasted almost as if the cheese were overcooked in some spots, so my thoughts were to call back and ask them to either cook it lightly or add extra cheese I was told by a polite young woman that they could not do this because my pizza was already in the oven and would be out in 8 minutes, and they can not cook pizzas lightly because they must be fully cooked as to not to violate policy which was fine for me. So about an hour later 8:23 to be exact I called back to see where my pizza was and was told by the same female that originally took my order (not the second polite young woman I had spoken to) that my pizza should be here in another 10 to 15 minutes not original delivery time but that was fine I proceeded to ask the woman "The pizza will be hot, right?" She assures me it will be, I say "ok." 23 minutes later the food is still not delivered so I call back at 8:46 the woman tells me to hold on while on hold 2 minutes later I hear a hard knock on the door, It's the pizza! We were all very happy until I grabbed the cold boxES my food is cold Again! I waited almost 2 hours for cold pizza after being assured 30 minutes earlier that my pizza would not be could again this no exaggeration. While the driver is at the door I call Pizza Hut the manager answers he tells me he would send me another order as he was in a rush to get off the phone I send the pizza and mozzarella sticks back. So Ive waisted my night and now looking for the corporate contact info. Next time I may just save myself the frustration and call Papa John's they are right around the corner and give accurate delivery times and always...
Read moreWorst customers service ever from Avery other I’ve been. The locations says it’s open at 10am even when on the website says open at 9:45. Well nothing in the store is ready. Manager was rude that just told me “go ahead and order”. Why the attitude if yall should be ready by 9:45am. Now, there is people that luckily or unfortunately wakes at 5am so by no lates than 11am someone that is actually working will have to get lunch. Now another thing is that they don’t even ask you how would you like to pay cash or card. When a person says cash all you hear it’s OMG, like I’m a costumer you should wait before or ask before ordering my food how the payment is going to be. Read moreI’m extremely disappointed in the service I’ve received today. The manager Peter was completely unreasonable and confrontational. I’ve made a simple request to get the pizza seasoning over my entire pizza which I get everytime I order. He refuse my request and had the customer service agent being the mediator instead of speaking to me directly after I requested to converse with him. The reason was that It’d ruin my pizza. I’m the customer therefore paying and consuming the pizza so my request should’ be based of his judgement of taste. Also, I literally get that every time I order. The customer rep insulted me by insinuating that I don’t receive that on my pizza because she don’t see it in past orders. I make this request by phone and it is completed without complications.
