Taco Bell — Restaurant in Brookhaven

I've been going to this Taco Bell for 8 years now and watched it decline. I have not had good service at this location in over a year. I only come because it's the closest place to my house. But I haven't been compelled to do a review till tonight. Ordered my food online, (only 2 burritos, that's all) checked in at the drive thru and went to the window. Waited 18 minutes at the window! 18! One girl was just sweeping and the other just standing around while ONE girl was doing everything it seemed. About 10 min in I saw a bag with my name on it and watched the girl stationed at the window look right at it, look at me and then walk out the restaurant. I could see her through the other side having a smoke break. 10 more minutes later after 5 other bags have piled up and the drive thru is around the building she comes back in and yells at the girl doing all the cooking and then very rudely hand me my food. I asked for some mild sauce and she actually scowled at me while she handed it to me. I get home right around the corner from my restaurant to find my 2 burritos stone cold. And when I opened the wrapper the tortilla had stuck to the wrapper and they fell totally apart. I couldn't even enjoy the meal I waited so long for. Absolutely...

It’s 9:04pm, I ordered online for pick up almost two hours ago, for pick up at 8:15. When I got here, the first guy was calling for an order and asked me if it’s mine I said no I am here for pickup, he just walked away without saying a word. The second guy came and asked me what do I need I said that I’m picking up and he just left. After a while they started asking me for names and where I ordered it. I gave them my order number, and they were just saying it’s not in the system and nothing else. I said I already paid for it, they didn’t really give me a response besides saying it’s not showing up. Another guy came and asked me what’s going on, after I told him about what happened he started asking me if I ordered at the wrong store and if I didn’t pay for it. I showed him everything and they just didn’t say a word. I waited for a long time then I asked so what’s going on and they said they are making it. A lady handed it to me said sorry but was not nice. They are very rude and irresponsible. Will NEVER come again, and will DEFINITIVELY NOT recommend...

This Taco Bell must be under newer, poorer management. It's very hit or miss. If I go at 3PM on a Tuesday, everything is as it should be. The tacos are great. (The bells? Also great.) If I go at 11PM on a Saturday, all hell breaks loose. You can end up waiting 30 minutes in the drive through before you can get your order taken, even with only one car in front of you. And God forbid you go inside. If you actually talk to an employee face-to-face, you're liable to get blessed out for just wanting to know why nobody's manning the counter even though there's six employees behind it.

Nobody expects a Taco Bell to wow you. It's cheap food delivered fast--but you do expect the cheapness and the fastness. This Taco Bell struggles (as all of them do these days) with the first one and totally miffs the second. This place has become my last resort. It's 2AM and I forgot to grocery shop and eat, even though I had ample opportunities earlier. My punishment for not having my stuff together is...
