He is genuinely one of the sweetest people I've encountered in customer service! When I faced an issue with my order from the Brookings, SD store, Caleb went above and beyond to resolve it. He took the time to understand my concerns and worked diligently to fix the problem. Not only did he address my previous order, but he also offered to assist me with my current order, showcasing his commitment to customer satisfaction. I’ve never had problems with this location before, but I was so frustrated. I did my best to be patient and understanding, but when I asked for the manager’s phone number, she yelled and then hung up on me. I called once again and was hung up on…again. Tried again Was hung up on. Called a fourth time and finally got Assistant Manager Carly on the line. She was patient, understanding, and apologetic for her coworker/employee. She is the only reason I will order from this location again. I don’t know the name of the first girl who answered my call, but I was very frustrated. Read morePlaced an order at 7:50. Tracker said pick up at 8:15. I went in at 8:15 and noticed 3-5 employees standing around and 2 customers waiting. They told me I was behind a large order so they hadn't started it yet and would be another 15-20 minutes. I called 20 minutes later and told him my name and order time and he said I was behind a large order that they were just finishing. I said so you guys still haven't started it? And he said uhm let me check. Came back and they STILL hadn't started it but apparently we're about to. I said to cancel it, I'm not waiting another 20 minutes again when I have kids in the car. He said "sorry you were just behind a large order".
