UPDATE: at home I did a castor oil treatment along with a deep wash and condition, as well as an argon oil leave in conditioner and shea butter spray and let my hair dry natural. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE COLOR it turned out to be in the end. No it’s not the grey I was hoping and aiming for but it’s a perfect summer color. See the very last photo. It’s a very nice auburn. I did nothing else between the treatment Cierra did aside what’s mentioned above which is my general hair care routine anyways.
UPDATE: Cierra did a CPR treatment and a Bleach wash and was able to lift a lot of color out of my hair and offered to do a foil treatment after my surgery in a couple weeks to try to get it closer to the results we were looking for - the second to last two photos are after the two treatments today. I will definitely be doing a deep conditioning treatment at home sometime this weekend but my hair is definitely still strong and healthy. They are going above and beyond to make it right and get the results I was looking for.
Nikki was fantastic, don’t get me wrong she did great, my eyebrow tint, lip and eye brow waxing was on point… however if you (front desk person) quote someone for $150 for all over color with 3 extra colors and a cut it should not be $50 more then the quote because some decided to call it an ombré & Balayage…. I was a brassy blonde and wanted it to be a grey blonde vrs brassy blonde. With my roots blended in. And honestly it probably would have been okay paying the $50 more if I even ended up with an ombré & Balayage… first two pics are the afters, can’t even see light ends at all which is what I wanted to keep, also not in anyway is it an “ombré & Balayage”. Third one is my before, you can see how hard it was to get it that light in the first place and all of that work is ruined(and will now have to pay someone else for a color correction, and cause further damage to my hair if I try to lighten it again). The last one is the reference photo I showed for the light grey color I wanted. So just know you will be up charged and not even get what you want nor what they charge you for!! Again I loved Nikki as my stylist, but I am dissatisfied with...
Read moreUpdate: The owner of the salon is going to fix my hair for me; I just had one bad experience (not including lashes and brows, mentioned at bottom) the rest of the salon is friendly and they do have experienced stylists—you just have to request them. I would just rather be told you don't have time to do a good job today and reschedule me for when you have time to care about my hair, so I didn't add all the stars back because of their hiring/training process, and my lashes and brows.
I spent years growing out my natural darker color, and wanted some face-framing highlights. Adrienne bleached the whole top and sides of my head and charged me for extra dye. I booked out partial highlights and mentioned I want to keep my hair healthy. She told me google’s wrong and partial highlights means a root touch up, upset that I don’t already have white hair, just real blonde, then acted super rushed. My roommate works at a hair salon and asked me what happened; she thought I’d asked for Y2K hair because of the streaks. The salon is friendly but I would just ask specifically for a more experienced stylist.
Lashes & Brows: I have gone back multiple times because I wanted to give them more chances. The three times I had my lashes lifted and tinted each time by a different girl, they were not lifted at all. They might have been dyed but I just don’t remember being able to see them. I went to another salon to get both redone and she was surprised that I’d had anything done at all. Brows are worse because you can see what they did… above and below my brow. It’s also every time, as if they are trained to dye your skin way above your brow, but not in a nice shape. I don’t think I have seen anyone with eyebrows the shape that they seem to...
Read moreUPDATE: After my first initial service, the owner reached out to me and has gone above and beyond to help me get back to loving my hair. We did multiple repair treatments to really help the health of my hair. to the extend I didn’t know was possible. I had tried olaplex with no results. They used oribe treatment that worked miracles. I am still fighting frizzyness from what would have been the perm but it’s not abnormal. I really appreciate everything they have done for me. I would recommend them to family and friends.
I went here on Friday Feb 2022 and got a perm. I have blonde hair. Called the salon before my appointment to ask if it was safe to perm blonde hair. They assured me yes it was ok to perm bleached hair. My stylist said she has experience perming bleached hair. After a consultation and asking the stylist about my hair going into detail about the quality of my hair. She assured me my hair would be ok. She said that she has permed hair that has been more damaged than mine and it has been just fine. (Also my hair hadn’t been bleached in 6 months. It wasn’t very damaged) during the service she checked on me once at 10 mins said everything looked good and she would be back to rinse in another ten minutes. 16 mins go by and she finally comes back to rinse. After perm service she told my my perm didn’t take. when she had just over processed my hair. I had to cut 10” off and it is still damaged and stringy and stretchy and breaks off. I have been growing my hair out for 10 years and now all my hair is damaged beyond repair. I’m stuck contemplating having to shave basically all my...
