Horrible experience after ordering from Brooklawn, NJ store on 7/26/25. I thought I was getting a good deal on one of the coupons they were offering, so I placed a delivery order on the app around 9:00 PM with instructions to leave on step. I then started tracking my order which was confirmed received and being prepared, then baked in the oven and then on its way to me, however, that was where the positive experience ended. Unfortunately, in 2025, for some reason not all of Domino's delivery vehicles are able to be tracked, causing me to be completely in the dark as to when the driver is close by despite the app sending me notifications that the driver was in my neighborhood. After waiting for over an hour and constantly checking my doorstep for my undelivered order, I then saw a Domino's car turning off my street. I immediately called the store to ask where my driver was with my order because I just saw a Domino's car and I think he may have left my food at the wrong address. Person I reached on the phone from the store insisted my driver with my order was still on the way and "should" be there shortly - apparently he was a new driver. I ended the call and continued to wait another 15 minutes for my order to not arrive and called the store again to complain about where my driver/order was. I spoke to a different person than my first call and he was smart enough to actually call the driver for an update only to be told by the driver that he already dropped off the food on the step - obviously to the wrong address! The person on the phone offered to remake my order, but I just had him cancel at that point. If the first person I spoke to would have just called the driver as I'm telling her he just turned off my street instead of someone else contacting him 20 minutes later then just maybe one of my dirt bag neighbor's wouldn't have gotten a free feast! Will definitely be doing curbside pickup from Woodbury store...

I ordered from this dominoes twice. The first time, I got my order after an hour and 50 minutes and the boneless hot wings came with pizza sauce and cheese on them.
Because the order took so long, I somehow received a coupon for a “free medium pizza “
I decided to get a pizza delivered on a Saturday afternoon to use up that coupon. I placed my order online and received a text message that my pizza was on its way about 45 minutes later. Then I received a text message that the driver was in my neighborhood. Then I received a text message that my order was canceled.
When I called to find out what was going on, the girl could not find my order in the computer. I asked if she could call her driver and see what was going on, because maybe he had trouble finding my place? She replied that he might not answer and therefore she cannot call him.
She told me there was nothing I could do except for call her manager who comes in in three or four hours.
I can’t imagine this location is making any money because they are just absolutely terrible at...
