Arby's — Restaurant in Brooklyn Center

So, this review is a long time coming. Today will be my last day at this location! We've never gotten very friendly service here. If it was, it was briefly. I did like the manager here, but I never see her anymore.

A couple years ago, a bank robber hid out in the bathroom here, on Superbowl Sunday. I had just left the hospital for pneumonia and I have crippled knees. The police surrounded the building with automatic rifles & called the manager to escort us out of the building and they demanded at gun point that I get on the ground, even though I can't bend my legs, I fell on the ground & got an immediate huge growing lump on my hand, because they yelled at me & raised the guns on me, when I tried to explain I can't get on my knees. Okay, that's not Arby's fault, however, this place has become risky to go to. ALL of my subsequent visits, the food has either been very crappy, (especially the au jou sauce with the French dip), or terrible service, with the staff not even smiling at you, or saying hello, or both!

My husband will never come back here. We go further out of our way to go to the Crystal Arby's location. I have been coming here when my errands are here. But, as of today, I'm going to go the Crystal location also. They are friendly there and the food is much better. We've written a few reviews on this place, over the years, but nothing changed for the better.

I'd think twice before coming to...

This was easily the worst Arby's experience I've ever had!!!! Don't bother going to this location. All the food I got was luke warm at best. The crinkle fries tasted like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours, were stale, and had no seasoning of any kind on them. The sliders were barely warm also.

I got the new boneless wings & they didn't bother to give me a fork or anything to eat them with. Of course I didn't notice any of this until I was a few miles away. By then it wasn't worth turning around, especially since I was working & had a call to go on. I ended up throwing it all away which was basically like throwing away $10.

The kids that were work tonight (11-29-2021) were worthless & very rude!! I asked for a couple things of BBQ sauce & the kid gave me a look like I was bothering him or something. He only gave me one & slammed it in my hand without saying a word then slammed the window shut.

Hopefully management sees this and addresses these issues. It would be awesome to get my money back also since it was...

Usually my order is handled there are always a couple regular ladies who handle everything. I dont sweat things being forgotten they always fix and handle things no games. This place anytime I come here I have the least amount of problems compared to other places around the location. My problem was the false advertisement of the spicy PRIME RIB cheesesteak that came out looking like a Dairy Queen chilli cheese hot dog missing the dog itself. If this is suppose to be the way they come out please remove this scam. The 2 for $6 deal would of saved me the trouble or even 4 sliders. I'm 6'2, 190lbs trust me I feel ripped off I made this decision. Its fast food i understand my bar cannot be high but there are plenty of other items less the cost that actually FILL a bun and look like the picture atleast. Maybe be the timing and different staff. But this truly to me is a reason I'd just drop money on a whopper when I'm getting off a 10 hour shift and just need something. Cant blame yall but definitely...
