Eh, it's McDonald's. You'd be foolish to expect it to be a five-star dining experience. But you should at least hope the staff knows how to do their job. Came in the early morning after having worked an overnight shift. Only to be met with terrible food and even worse service. The staff member taking the orders was fine, and that's not the issue. It's the worker I'm at the window and the service I received.
The employee was on their phone and barely acknowledged my presence until I spoke up. After finally jostling them away from their phones, I was able to get my food. However, upon opening the bag, it looked like everything was just dumped in. The sandwiches were barely wrapped and fell apart when I tried to grab one out of the bag. Well, the entire order of fries was in the bag but not in the container. What fuel napkins I got were crumpled up into little balls. And no straw.
I knew I was gonna get great service visiting this place, but at least I expected my food to be made right, actually wrapped up. So it doesn't look like a burger bomb exploded in my bag.
That's not to go to this one, there's other better and cheaper...

It's been a while since I have been here. Staff still can't read or count. Even after you remind them, after you placed your own order... they still can't figure it out... I don't know what else I can do to make it any easier for them, besides getting back there, and making it myself... I should have just gone to the one on Lyndale, I should know better by now, to quit giving this location chances!

As we got at the drive thru we weren't probably greeted or asked what we wanted the lady simply said “yea” as if I asked her a question. I was a bit confused for a second but chose to ignore it and proceeded to order but as I order a frappe she rudely said “we ain’t got that” I was a bit bummed out but just decided to get a hot chocolate but she Interrupted my cousin again and said “we ain’t got that either” at this point we were ready to leave but two of our guest still wanted to get something so we let them order, my friend asked for a strawberry shake and again the lady said “we ain’t got that either” we then kindly asked “well what do you guys have?” And she rudely said “Sodas” at this point my cousin got a little mad and he ended up saying “Man that’s B.S” and that lady overheard and angrily responded “what”.
