i had placed a order through their site delivery. (which since they don’t have their own delivery it goes through doordash from them) it kept saying my order delivery time is pushed back it would say another 7 minutes…13 minutes and so on. so when i checked again and my delivery driver was there to pick up my order. which they’ve been there for a little bit now so i had called my delivery driver to see what was taking so long or what was going on meanwhile its been about a hour. which the driver said who they talked to told them my order was taken by somebody else and they're trying to figure something out and that my driver was trying to see if they could remake it for me. after the phone call ended a little after my order ends up being cancelled by the dasher which i never received a refund for so i tried calling the store 4 times after no answer i went up to the store to ask what happened and that i didn't get a refund since my order was cancelled and i never received anything or even asking for them to remake it instead of a refund but the manager (supposedly) insisted that he couldn't give a refund back and declined to remake the order and i'm assuming he told the same thing to the delivery driver that he wouldn't remake the order because they gave it to somebody that wasn't my delivery driver. and after saying that he was the one to talk to the doordasher and admitted to saying he told the driver that someone else had took it. while still saying id have to get my refund through doordash because the order was already taken. and which i couldn't because i (in the beginning stated) ordered through the little caesars mobile order delivery.. and after telling him (the manager) that again he prints a receipt and just points to it so i ask what is this for because i have a receipt also then he says it refunded which he in fact was able to do. i am in fact disappointed with this location and how the manager lied and handled things and did nothing to...
Read moreMy wife Recently visited this location, on December 29th, 2022, at 3:15 pm. She was trying to place a walk in order, for just a plain, simple, single pepperoni pizza. when she entered, she noticed how HORRIBLY understaffed they appeared to be. She said she could only see the register associate, and POSSIBLY a guy in back, but she wasnt sure. She intended to place the order at the register, which is standard procedure at little Cesar's (hot and ready, right?) She approached the woman working the register and attempted to order. She said the response from the woman was "you gotta order online" she said the woman was very short, and borderline rude. My wife was obviously confused....I mean, this is how things are done there, usually. My wife tried to place the order online, but found that the only accepted method of payment was a card.
What I'm left wondering is a series of "WHY'S??????" WHY was she treated poorly right from jump? WHY were there no "hot and ready" PEPPERONI PIZZAS??? It's literally their SLOGAN. WHY is ANY counter based restaurant not accepting CASH? I can understand if the credit card machine goes on the fritz, but there is NO LOGICAL REASON they couldn't take cash.
I'll end the rant here. I wanted that simple, easy, hot and ready pepperoni pizza. It's the holidays. As a former manager of a pizza kitchen, I can attest to the ravenous demand for pies this time of year.
They just weren't prepared, and she said it felt like they were trying to thin out the workload, in a...
Read moreMeh. Came here for the nostalgia of getting Little Caesars as a kid. This visit kinda ruined those childhood memories lol. I paid for a pizza, I got something that resembled a pizza. Pizza was ready on time. I did not interact with the staff at all. The pizza vending machine is an interesting concept. That's about it for the positives.
Negatives - the vending machine goes all the way down to the floor. I got a deep dish. It's half the size of a regular pizza. The staff put the small box on the very end of the machine (away from the customer) on the bottom most dispenser. I literally had to get on my knees and burn my hand on the metal grills to reach and retrieve my pizza. A combination of failures between corporate staff that approved this poor design and local staff that didn't use common sense while placing it.
In the staffs defense, the vending machine is probably the reason they don't interact with you when you walk in. Still, it too me 4 minutes of standing inside to figure out that the vending machine existed and none of the staff pointed that out to me even though they were not assisting any customers at the time. They literally stood there for 4 minutes staring at me. Awkward.
Finally, if sadness had a flavor, this pizza would be it. Pepperoni had no flavor, bread had no flavor (not even sure if it was fully cooked), only saviour was the sauce that was as great as I remembered it. Appearance was not appetizing.
Needless to say, I will not be going to any Little...
