Came in today and they got my order wrong. We ordered 2 of the flame and flight combo which comes with the burger, Motorola sticks, a drink and ice cream. They couldn’t understand what we were ordering so they told us to pull up to the second window. Already they were being a bit rude and was asking what we were trying to order. We showed them a picture of what we wanted on their website and We said we wanted two orders of those. They ringed the ordered in and I payed. But I was given only the drink, burger and fries. However, the meal we ordered doesn’t even come with fries. It supposed to come with the burger, drink, motorella sticks and the ice cream. NO fries. We also told them that we were missing our ice cream since they did not give it to us and they said that it was a separate order. Which doesn’t make sense at all bc on the website it clearly shows and states that the meal comes with the ice cream. I told them that and showed them but they were rude and kept repeating themselves that it’s a separate order. Then proceed to tell us to leave bc they have other people are in the back and also needs to get their order. So we left the drive thru and came inside bc we’re not paying for something we did not order. They didn’t understand English at all, and I couldn’t even understand them either. We were being polite about it and they were giving us a lot of attitude. One of the employees were yelling at us in Spanish but we didn’t even understand Spanish at all, since they kept yelling and giving us attitude we gave them the same energy back. We literally showing them what the meal comes with again since they clearly didn’t even know what the hell it comes with. They finally gave us the motorella sticks after asking the other employees and threw the fries away very aggressively but we still didn’t get our ice cream. The lady then yelled again that the ice cream is a separate order so we asked if we can just pay for the ice cream then, but she did not understand us at all!!!!! She kept repeating herself that it’s separate order and we kept trying to tell her okay we will buy the ice cream seperate then just so we can move on but she didn’t understand that at all! And we kept telling her that okay we will BUY the damn ice cream and that we understand if it’s a separate order from the meal (even tho it wasn’t). She finally understood that we were trying to buy the ice cream and gave us it. We were just trying to get our order right. Never had a problem with this place until now. Read moreMy last time going to this location. Poor customer service - no "thank you", or "you're welcome" were given. The person who took my brother's order through drive-thru seemed like they didn't want to work at all, no excitement in their voice, and seemed very bothered that she had customers ordering food.
Since we had a bigger order, we were told to wait as our food was being prepared. Totally understandable. When they brought our food to us, the girl basically threw the bag at my brother, and left. We checked to make sure our order was correct - which we normally do when we make a big order. When I opened the bag to check, our food seemed to have just been shoved inside carelessly. Our fries were knocked off to the side, which ended up spilling inside the bag; burgers were on top of one another as if the bag were to explode. They could have either used a bigger bag, or bagged our order into two separate bags.
Not only was the food packed poorly, but they did not give us our drink. We waited an additional 5 minutes to see if they'd walk out with our drink - nope. We said screw the drink and drove home. We could have went back through the drive-thru for our drink, but I decided to be a nice customer and not nag about it, since they seem to not have wanted to come to work today.

Read moreService sucked a lot. Got cold burgers and cold nuggets. Only thing that were "fresh" were the fries. I used a few coupons that I recieved in the mail, because I took my family there. And I have a big family. We went inside to dine in, and we waited in line for about 5 minutes just to get our orders. And before the cashier girl finalized our price, she just had to ask rudely "is this all the coupons you wanted to use and have?" I politely said "yes." Then she said, "are you sure?" I said "yes" again. We waited for a long time just to get our orders in. There was only ONE cup of fries on our tray. So I said, "isn't there supposed to be more than just one?" She said, "oh yeah, I forgot about it." Then she took my tray back and filled up some more cups with fries. As she filled up the last one for me, a male worker came by, I think it might have been her boss, because he was wesring a different color shirt than the rest. He asked her what was she missing. And she said, "oh, brcause I forgot thwir hundreds of fries." I found that to be very rude. But I didn't say anything to her. I just took my tray and walked it over to my table and ate... Only to find my burger to be cold my children's chicken nuggets were cold also. Plus, my husband's burger was missing lettuce, and my whopper didn't even have cheese on it.
