If I could give 0 stars I would. Just went through the drive through and ordered. When I got to the window and was handed my receipt after paying, I realized they charged me for the wrong combo meal. I brought this to the girls attention and she told me I’d have to go back around and order since I ordered the wrong thing… I said I didn’t order the wrong thing, I was trying to explain that they were about to give me food that I never ordered and didn’t want, she said there was nothing she could do, so I asked to speak to the manager. When the manager came over, I tried to explain the situation to the manager and she asked me if I wanted a refund and I said yeah, I’ll just go somewhere else, and she then asked if I wanted a full refund. Getting frustrated with trying to explain everything, I just said yes. One of the girls grabbed the bag of food and threw it in the garbage. When the manager came back explaining that she had to go use another computer, the other two girls were making comments, so I told them I was speaking to the manager only because I did not appreciate the attitude. I handed the manager my card and she walked away, one of the girls then said “I ain’t giving her no attitude, I ain’t said 2 words to her” and slammed the window. When the manager came back, she handed me my card, and my receipts, which stated that I had paid $46 for my food, but I only was refunded $41. I went inside and she came back over to help me and then proceeded to only refund me back $3.69. At this point, not wanting to cry from my frustration at this place, I just took my card and left. If you don’t know how to handle customers, you really should not be in customer service. I have had rude people working at this Taco Bell before but I have never had...

I visited this location earlier in the week. The staff was very friendly but when I got home, I saw my 3 taco supremes had no meat. They had all of the other toppings, but no meat. I was not happy but wasn't going back at 2 am so I threw it away and let it go. I stopped again tonight, hoping the past experience was a fluke, and again the service seemed really good until the cashier, Jerry K, handed me my bag and said "here's your order, 6 items". I thought that was odd as I've never had anyone say how many items in my order. I get home, and I'm missing the chips to my $1.59 nachos, the cheese is open and leaking, my tacos only had meat on half and my drink is supposed to be Diet Mountain Dew but it's regular Mountain Dew. I also was given a "Senior Discount" which I don't come close to qualifying for. I then notice on my receipt Total Items in Order: 7. So he looked at my ticket to see I was supposed to have 7 items, left out something and made a point to tell me he shorted me without me even knowing. And obviously the whole order was tampered with and ended up in the trash. Also, I'm diabetic so a giant cup of full sugar soda could kill me. I'm not sure if it's just a bad crew at night (same crew both nights), or if it's somehow personal, but I'll never visit this location again, and will be sure to tell everyone I knew about what...

Worst experience i have ever had in my entire life... It began with an extremely long wait at the drive through, followed by a long wait once it was our turn to order. Then when i finally get to the window the lady took my bank card, walked away for a few minutes and then handed me 2 incorrect orders, then asked for them back and as i was returning them the person just walked away.. Then came back and gave me 5$ and some change and and was yet to still return my bank card. I had to ask her for it back! By this point i had lost all hope in having tacos for dinner, and drove off! But this wasnt the end appearently, thank god i asked my wife to check our bank account because they had wothdrawn 20$ and i didnt even have what i ordered! I turned around and went back asking to talk to a manager who talked to me for less than 15 seconds before directing another clueless team member to aid me.. I finally got my order which still wasnt correct as they forgot our drinks.. Then after getting our drinks i never recieved a reciept! So i had no idea how much my order costed me! Overall this place is terrible! During a rush you should be making money not losing it.. And this place just isnt prepared... Highly reccomend you stay...
