I don’t know much about cars nor radios and their replacement parts but the person I talked too did not help very much. Told him the car make and type, and got a bunch of sounds that you make when you want to get off the phone, while I was talking. Told him that my car radio turns on/off but the volume meter doesn’t work- Therefore no sound is coming out. He is still making incoherent noise then ask what type of stereo am I looking for? Again don’t know much about radios I say the same one it comes with- standard, then I ask for a quote. He tells me we can make an appointment for tomorrow or I can come later today, I choose tomorrow then he tells me to Text him. If I’m on the company phone speaking with you, why would I text you to set up an appointment for tomorrow?
