I came in to this location for a carry out, and I have to say that it's painfully clear that the manager had no idea what she was doing.
It shouldn't take me an afternoon for a single sandwich meal, the number 7. The manager hands out my order thru drive thru giving them the wrong food. She then doesn't catch it until after I'm standing there another almost ten minutes. The kitchen had immediately made me another sandwich, but go figure, the manager ignored it in her constant confusion. It sat there and sat there.... Oh and sat there. The cashier sees me still waiting and turns around to see where my food is at. She goes thru the bags and sees my food (the second make of it by the way) so old she tells them it needs remade again.
The manager, who's been working the pass thru section this whole time is still ignorant to what is going on and is more focused on running an employee break, when she is clearly in the weeds. The cashier by this point has already apologized and handed me free meal cards.
The kitchen has already made the food again. As they have been efficient from everything I saw. I mean they were getting food made faster than this female middle aged blond manager (specified since I dont have a name) could hand it out. But again it sat there until it was put in the wrong persons bag, and you'll never guess by who......... Yep the manager.
Eventually the cashier frees up and gets frustrated with the whole situation and goes back and makes the order herself, bags it herself and hands it to the manager and points at me and says "this goes to him now"
But then this manager hands me the old food on top of the new, not knowing the cashier had handed me the meal cards. This was her attempt at making things right. I mean that sandwich was so old that the bread was like a stiff sponge. My fat dog wouldn't even touch it.
The sandwich that the cashier had made was good. It was exactly what one expects when ordering off the menu. But the fact that the manager's way of rectifying her mistakes was to hand me "food" that resembled Chinese fighting weapons is beyond absurd.
My frustration is with the manager for making me wait a half hour for a single meal. The staff had it together. They were efficient. They got food made quickly. They took care of customers quickly and politely. All of the problems stemed from the constant confusion driven mistakes made by the person who's supposed to be...
Read moreWORST ARBYS EVER!!!!! IVE worked for arbys for 7 years...the better one ofcourse in Parma hts. I live right by this one on brookpark rd n it does nothing but give me problems. First problem was i ordered buy one get one free motz sticks... They only gave me one order in the bag. So i had to run in.. The manager acted stupid as usual and said oh was it an online app.. Im pretty sure she knew it was me cuz i literally was just in drive through and the cashier went in the back to verify the coupon cuz I guess it was expired. Well if it was expired why not tell me instead of just take my money, and charge me full price and only put one order instead if two in my bag. (Common sense) then i took a bite of it and it was nasty. I told her it wasnt fresh..she insisted it was cuz they have been busy. Well they may have just taken it out of the fryer..doesnt mean it was fresh. They must not be keeping up on their fryers. They are supposed to be draining them and cleaning them out every couple days. She wouldn't even compromise like any other arbys. She wanted to charge me for another set of motz sticks when they are the ones that made the mistake of not telling me the coupon was expired, and charging me full price anyways out of the 20 i gave them. If she would have told me it was expired I would have cancelled my order because arbys is way to expensive for me without coupons. But just steal my money why dont ya. I would have never paid fot what they charged me for only one order of most. This isn't the first time ive had problems with this specific arbys. They really need to hire some people with common sense...or atleast with respect. Oh and dont forget the customers receipts. It's like she did that on purpose so i couldn't get the name of the employee taking care of me. BAD CUSTOMER...
Read moreI went to this location with my 7 year old child in the car at around 1030pm on 6/14/18. To start off the horrible experience the “manager” up front behind the counter was eating. Immediately after eating she began to prep my order.. no washing or sanitizing of her hands. In between waiting for some of my items she began to play on her iPad... returned to bagging Order without washing or sanitizing hands. Then my cup of cheese came flying from the back (someone threw it to her) and it dropped on the floor.. this “manager” proceeded to put it in the bag on top of the sandwiches which were uncovered. I asked if i could have another cheese that didn’t hit the floor and it was replaced (with attitude).We waited quite a while for our order and once it finally came it was incorrect. At this point i wanted a refund due to everything leading up to this moment... the woman who was a “manager” stuck up her middle finger at me in front of my child and her and her co worker sat there laughing. I now have to explain to my child about the trash in the world who behaves like this, sadly...
