I want to share my experience with this location for the sake of the community. While overseeing this store (along with others), I often noticed that cleanliness and organization were ongoing challenges. The store had its own manager, but as the higher-up, I made several attempts to improve conditions. At times, I even brought in staff from other locations to help clean, and I documented what I saw with photos.
In my experience, the issue was not just with the staff but with the priorities set at higher levels. I personally observed that cleanliness was not treated as the top priority, and it was even acknowledged internally that other concerns took precedence. For me, that was very concerning, because cleanliness in a restaurant isn’t optional — it directly affects food safety and customer confidence.
I come from a background that values cleanliness and organization, and it was difficult to see those standards not consistently upheld. My only reason for sharing this is to raise awareness, in the hope that improvements will be made. The community deserves a restaurant where health and safety come first.

Read moreHonestly, Ill usually defend busy employees making mistakes if the employee is at least polite, but I met the manager and think there are some choice words that could be shared about a lack of “im sorry for the confusion” when faced with 3 customers who were all told via the app and confirmation to pick up their food inside. Pointing to the lobby hours and blowing off customers when they say “you really should have a sign” isn’t a good look.
My food has smudging on the side of the bowl it was either knocked around at the store or they literally scooped food out. (My side of mac matches, they clearly scooped some out of the $5 bowl for the side on a $12 meal)
My biscuits were in a fries container not sealed and definitely not buttered
My bag lacked- the straw for my drink, any sauce for the nuggets, any silverware.
I was almost charged for the car behind me in the drive through after paying on the mobile app.
