Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Brooklyn

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! They always mess up orders. My mom ordered a bucket of chicken because it's a KFC/Taco Bell and when we got home all of the inside of the chicken was completely raw. When you order certain things they lie and say they don't have it because they don't want to make it. No matter what time you go, if you go inside or use the drive thru it takes a very long time. I've had to wait for at least 20 minutes pretty much every time I've gone there. Every time we order tacos or anything along that line they are always so greasy and sloppy. Everything that's supposed to be in the taco is falling out and in the wrapper. Unfortunately my 10 year old son loves taco Bell, specifically the Fiery Doritos Locos Tacos and they are the only Taco Bell around so I'm stuck having to go there. If I could give a negative star rating I'd give them a negative 5 star rating. I know I sound overly dramatic but I promise I'm not. I'll post the pictures that my mom took of the raw chicken the next time I see her. Please be careful and check your food before you even leave. When we call them to tell them or when we bring our unacceptable order back they 1. Could care less 2. They don't even offer to give you the next order free. I've had to ask them to compensate me for all the trouble and 3. Nothing changes. They'll still mess up your order next time. All their employees are teenagers, even the managers. They also use foul language and there are times when you can hear them complaining about the customers. Obviously I don't recommend going here. I don't see anything changing there any time soon. I’ve been going to this location forever. It’s never been 5 star, but it was always decent. My order has always been correct and service is typically not so bad. It’s been slow a time or two, but nothing terrible. We went about a month ago and the service was VERY slow. It was busy that day, so didn’t think it warranted a review. However. We went in yesterday and drive thru was pretty busy, but we were the only ones in the lobby at the time. We put in our order. They didn’t provide us with drink cups to start. That wouldn’t have been such a big deal if we didn’t wait THIRTY minutes for our order. Other people came in and actually ordered the same thing as us and got their orders first. It wasn’t until this happened twice (the second with our two meal items AND additional items) that a manager told us it was because my husband ordered extra crispy. By that time the lobby was full of waiting customers, and they were calling out orders that didn’t even belong to anyone. It seemed like they were mostly just fulfilling drive thru. I’ve worked in fast food, so I get it. But 30 minutes is quite excessive. I blame management, for sure. They should be making sure that both orders from drivers thru and lobby are being made. Wouldn't even give it a star with how my fiance and I were mistreated but forced to click on a star! We ordered a kids chicken tender meal with potato wedges, did not get wedges instead got one chicken tender and a box of popcorn chicken so my fiance went up nicely to explain that we did not get what we ordered and one of the ladies behind the counter gave him attitude telling him that's how the meal is. The cashier did intervene and corrected her by telling the other lady that it does say potato wedges one our receipt. Secondly I asked for no tomatoes on one of my daughters tacos because she HATES tomatoes! Low and behold there was tomatoes on it, for all they know what if she was allergic to tomatoes! My fiance got the cheesy potatoes griller which tasted like it was cooked 2-3 times, and his cheesy gordita had a hair in it! When I brought it up to show them, the same lady came over to me and as I explained what was wrong she said to me "well first of all I don't see a hair" and so I said to her and pointed it out, "so you don't see that hair?" Her response was "Oh I see it now" As another worker handed me a "new" gordita I saw her and a couple other co-workers laughing and smiling at each other so now my fiance is afraid that they might have tampered with his food.
