We ordered through the online system at 4:46 pm on a Sunday and were told our order would be delivered by 5:37. At 5:55 we still had not recieved it so my husband called to check our order status. The woman was very rude and said we needed to "give them more time, it takes at least 45 minutes!" My husband politely responded that it had been over 45 minutes and they claimed they hadn't received the order until 5:20. My husband said no problem and the woman told him the food was on the way.
At 6:45 we still had not received it. I called back at this point and reported that we had ordered food 2 hours earlier and still had not received it. They told me to hold, then came back and said there was no order under our name and address. I explained to the woman that she had just talked to my husband and told him the food was on the way an hour ago. She stated "oh no, there must be a mistake, we don't have an order for you."
The service was awful and they were very rude. We received an email confirmation of our online, a confirmation number, and a delivery time. I don't understand how they can claim not to have received an order and then be so rude to us after we spent over $80 on their food. Read moreIncredibly poor service ruined this restaurant for me. Ordered a small scorpion bowl to share, a water, a soda, an appetizer, meal, two sushi rolls and an order to go. The small scorpion bowl came out in a glass with one straw. When I expressed my confusion the waitress said she could pour it into a bowl, bring another straw or another small scorpion bowl. Don't bother with the small if you're looking to share, it comes in a glass. I'm not even sure why they would even bother advertising this as a 'bowl.' The meal came out and was finished before the sushi, which was ordered as my meal, was ever brought to the table. When we finally got the attention of the waitress, we asked for our check and our take out, and the waitress stated the WRONG order was being put in for us. We then had to pay for our meal at the table and then, go to the register immediately afterwards and pay for the take out. The sushi was good but, they use the mushy stuff, not the whole fish like I prefer with sushi. Also, I noticed that when the guests next to us left, the table was not cleaned even after twenty minutes. All in all, I won't be returning again anytime soon, if ever. There are better restaurants in the area with much better quality...
Read moreDo not order takeout from here. I have been there several times always giving this place the benefit of the doubt because the food is descent, not great, but descent. For some reason, whenever I order takeout, they cannot get an order right, even with explicit instructions to double check the order. One time we ordered chicken fingers, they gave us spare ribs. Another time, one of the main dishes was completely missing. My most recent visit, we ordered 2 of the 3 roll lunches for my kids and they were both missing one set of rolls. Now this might be overlooked if when I called to mention the error they were gracious and refunded for the error, but they were rude and insisted they gave us the rolls - when I was looking right at the order and there were no 3rd rolls there. She then proceeded to tell me to come back and get them. When I told her we were on lunch break and could not come back, the woman on the phone continued to argue with me telling me the chef said they were there. There was obviously no point in arguing and certainly no credit given for being a repeat customer.
