
Tonight, I stopped here for the first time for dinner with 2 of my girlfriends. As soon as we walked thru the front door all the girls behind the bar looked at us, but not one greeted us. Ok, fine. Not a huge deal at that moment. So, we sat down at the bar and there were 4 girls behind the bar. Personally, I made eye contact with at least 3 of them. Still not a “hello” “welcome in” “we’ll be right with you” “just a moment” Nothing! At this point I was annoyed, but we still waited for someone to offer to help us. We chatted and waited there for 15 minutes without so much as a “hello”. My final straw was when one of the girls (the blonde with a pony tail and red jacket) stood directly in front of us to grab a glass and STILL denied us any type of acknowledgement. I demanded we leave. I refuse to spend one cent, or let anyone I know for that matter, spend a single dollar at an establishment that has such poor customer service. If I were the owner, I would expect my employees to greet every person that walks thru that door! I am blown away and will always remember this experience. Needless to say, I will never return. I will tell anyone who ever thinks of coming here to change their minds and choose somewhere else. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. If u do, and u receive the same disrespect, I tried to warn you. Spend your hard worked money with an establishment that appreciates YOU, welcomes YOU, and at the very least, will acknowledge YOU.

To whomever responded, the only thing odd in my opinion is your response. Clearly, I had a very bad experience and everything I wrote is true and factual. Your response is yet another reason I urge others to not come to your establishment. You are just as rude as your staff. I will purposely and intentionally give my business to your “surrounding competitors”.

Read moreI have been to Lucky’s 3 times. First time my waitress was amazing, made meal recommendations and was super friendly. She left and I paid my bill but told her I was staying to drink. She said she would tell the other server. The other server served tables all around mine and never acknowledged me even when I called out to her. I went to the bar for another beer, continued to be ignored until I got Ya Ya’s attention. She curtly told me it wasn’t communicated to her that my table still wanted service. I returned 2 Saturdays ago, and sat at a table. Several servers walked past and did not stop to check on us. We moved to the bar. Today I met my friend at Lucky’s. The bar was about 1/3 full. She had to go to the bar to get served. We sat with menus for 15 minutes with no service. My friend went to the bar, 4 servers behind the bar talking and she was completely ignored. I said forget it, 3 strikes let’s go somewhere else. When she went to pay the check she had to reach out at a server to get her to take her card. The food is delicious, no doubt, and the remodel is dynamic and inviting. The food is what brought me back a 3rd time. I am really ldisappointed because I like to patronize new establishments. I was a server for 15 years. I would not leave a customer at the bar waiting. I would not walk past a table without acknowledging a customer. What a shame. Read moreI just left this establishment. Me and my friends came here for happy hour. We walked in the people that was working in the kitchen. They were friendly. They greeted us things we’re going good. We sit down we asked for the drink menu. The waiter tells us that they don’t have none of the juices for the mixed drinks except for two OK so we get three grave Margaritas and three shots of patron to us our cards have been charged when we were clearly asked. Did we want to open up a tab if I’m open up a tab? Why would you charge my card? I haven’t even ordered food yet. OK so we drink our drinks and we said we’re gonna leave. We’re not gonna do this. You don’t want our business. We’ll go elsewhere the owner of the bar Comes out and says he’s going to review the camera go ahead and review the camera. Yes I was cussing because I’m trying to understand opening up a tab is not charging my card. You don’t have any juices in the flavoring to make mixed drinks and we haven’t even ordered food it doesn’t make sense.
