They have done the maintenance on my truck from day one. My last oil change they forgot to put my oil fill cap back on. I made it all the way back to 290 and 99 and was out on a wreck when the officer saw oil under my truck we popped the hood and saw the oil cap missing. So he would not let me load the vehicle I was loading. I drove back and the shop guys put another cap on my truck and told me to call the manager on Monday. I called him and explained what happened and he told me my next oil change was on them. Well I have had a small oil drip and brought it in to them today for my oil change and found out they put wrong oil cap on and it has been leaking. He had to order the new cap saying it will be in Monday. When oil change was done and I went in I was hit with full price on my oil change. The manager said he didn’t tell me he would give me next oil change and that he will give me discount on my next oil change. I will be back to get my new oil cap then I will be taking my truck to another place to get my maintenance done from now on. I have to honor my word in my buisness and I expect others to do the same. So between the accident I was not able to load and the oil change this company cost me $1,000.00 Yeah I am not happy with them at all. I guess because you made me have to drop the car I was loading because your guys did not put my oil cap back on and you did not live up to your agreement I was told then when I come back in to get my new oil cap I will give you my tow bill for the 625.00 that you cost me and...

Open on Sunday, very,very clean shop area, clean up after each job. Ok area to wait,sit and watch tv.free shower with oil, filter change. Looked like a five star place until worker came over and said, start er up, we'll check for leaks. Started, no oil pressure, red lite,I was about to shut down when worker came running over,yelling shut it off. I did shut er down quickly, only to be told, by worker, with a smile on his face, oh, I kinda forgot to put new oil filter on.they took a few rags, tried to clean up engine, frame etc.no explanation, no sorry, no we'll clean up engine area, no sorry.i paid, pulled out,parked, bought carb cleaner to try to clean up. Found both fuel filter slightly loose and slight leakage, found trk wash down street about to close, saw the mess and stayed open to steam engine,rails,front end.more money. I parked,took my free shower. Then back ta truck to end day. Place used to be bee line. That's why I stopped. Won't go there again, unless I just need a place to park... NOTATION....08/02/2021 After a conversation with their main office folks, any issue I had has been resolved, no freebies, or give back, just simple and straight forward conversation. I think these folks want to be sure that they take care of any lax, or mistake or misunderstanding in a timely manner. Very disappoint PM Service. I come to this place 4-6 times a year for the last 7 years. Like any other place good service & quality. I don’t come here in the last 6 months work out of the state, to find new “technicians”, the one get me in. Start to open the hood by the wrong way (side of the truck) when loose the nut for drain the oil, come out a big splash of oil, passenger inside front tire. (Big mess of oil) Don’t check the hubs, he said he change the fuel filter in the canister (charge me for Baldwin fuel filter, the truck still have the old fleetguard) and get actitudes when i ask to clean the tire before i need to go around because the hose for lube was broken. I pay full service and i leave the place. No lube, no filter, i guess my last time here. I wish i can put the...
