ATTENTION OWNER/MANAGEMENT: I have been ordering from this location for many many years. I have a large family and always spend $75 to $100, several times a month.
Recently, they changed their phone system which is absolutely terrible. I train large customer service staffs for companies and know my business well.
This new system keeps you on the phone way too long with a couple of different systems intertwined. After 3 sperate calls, I was disconnected because their phone system kept glitching.
The second time a new hire with an Indian accent so thick, picked up and we went back and forth withe many "what" "please repeat that", ect.. the diversity hire is great, but if a customer can't understand him and it extends the call several minute, the corporation is failing at a rapid order turnaround time.
I asked for the manager because they cannot repeat older orders as they have for years. Being able to repeat a former order feature keeps turn around time on a call to a minute or so which is excellent.
After 7 MINUTES on hold, I hung up and called back. Either there is no management plan for calls on hold or the manager sees himself as too important to come take a call. Clearly I was forgotten on the call.
I called back to get the same Indian boy who had very low knowledge and seemed to fumble about trying to find the words to serve me properly. Again, I asked for the manager, 10 minutes later no manager.
I love Hungry Howie's food, but like most Americans, I love me more and view my time as valuable nothing makes a customer feel more worthless than almost 20 MINUTES ON HOLD WITH NO ORDER SUCCESSFULLY PLACED.
I will be taking the $200 to $300 I've spent here monthly for many years and give it to a competitor. The upgrade or whatever this is has drove me away. Maybe one day if you get a system back in place that is competitive for nation wait times for food delivery I might be back.
I am a patient man but the phones system, plus excessive hold & answering times, plus management that's non existent, and employees with accents so thick they can't be understood makes this too painful to bear.
I'll take my money elsewhere. Get your act together. The service was EXCELLENT as it was for years. Now it's amongst the worst...
Read moreAlways on point, orders always correct. We've frequented this location many times over the last few months on varying days and early evening and have never been disappointed or unsatisfied with the quality, quantity, and customer service. Although we live in Spring Hill, close to County Line, it is still our preferred location and worth the drive.
Consistency, correctness, and outstanding customer service has had us coming back even with we'd rather not leave the house. I understand accidents happen, maybe others have experienced less than stellar outcomes from ordering here, but we personally haven't ran into any problems any time we've ordered. Maybe a fluke, maybe a twist of cosmic fate, but the killer staff at this location have become our dinner heroes and we are happy with their above and beyond work ethic.
I gave the atmosphere 3 stars because it's a no frill, less thrills pizza establishment. Not looking for flashy lights, a choregraphed dance number, or expensive decor on the walls. I'd rather have the good food, great customer service, and get on with my hunger needs. There's ample room inside and benches to sit on, so if you need to sit and wait, there's that.
Recently a fire broke out in the shopping strip this location is housed in putting it out of commission for a while as it needs to be renovated and cleaned up. Why we are saddened by the loss of good food at our favorite Hungry Howie's, we know they will come back swinging and ready to get customers fed. We pray the awesome employees can maintain and get back on their feet quickly. Thank you Brooksville Hungry Howie's for all you do and we look forward to seeing you once again when everything is back up...
Read moreI don't know if this place is under new ownership or just decided to send their calls overseas but, buyer beware, I just placed an order gave some random foreigner my card who then proceeded to transfer me to the physical store, did I mention he pushed a button that beeped when I read my card, his reason for transferring me was to place my order that he just took, he lied and said they couldn't take the order but he damn sure charged my card, scammy if you ask me, wait it gets better the manager at the broolsville store said there was no order but his suggestion is place the order again. Not even addressing the fact they already charged me $42. I refuse to ever order from them again I been ordering from this location for 10 years, this incident feels like credit card fraud calling my bank and disputing. Be careful ordering on the phone feom them it's...
