Finger-Lickin' Fantastic Service at KFC! My recent visit to KFC wasn't just about satisfying a craving for their iconic fried chicken – it was an experience, thanks to the incredible team I encountered. Seriously, this visit has cemented me as a lifelong customer! From the moment I realized I needed help with my mobile order, Kristina, the manager, went above and beyond. She was patient, understanding, and genuinely invested in making sure my order was perfect. Not only did she expertly navigate the mobile ordering hiccups, but she also took the time to meticulously confirm all of my dietary restrictions were accounted for. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile were truly impressive and immediately put me at ease. And then there was Alex, the culinary wizard behind the counter! The food he prepared was nothing short of excellent. Every piece was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It was truly "finger-licking good" in every sense of the phrase. You could tell he takes pride in his work, and it absolutely showed in the quality of the meal. Finally, as I picked up my order, I was greeted by Lilly at the counter. Her sweet and friendly demeanor was the perfect cherry on top of an already fantastic experience. She was efficient and had a genuine smile, making the final interaction just as pleasant as the initial one. This visit wasn't just about getting a meal; it was about receiving exceptional service from a team that clearly cares. Kristina, Alex, and Lilly also Cheyenne, Joseph and Dave truly care about this restaurant worked together seamlessly to create a positive and memorable dining experience. DO NOT EAT HERE! The CHICKEN is NOT up to KFC Standards or even FDA Rules, and the FOOD is DISGUSTING!!! My Husband went to pick up our food on a Saturday night. They had no fresh white meat chicken in either Original Recipe or anything else, no biscuits, no choice of sides, and the place was a Mess. The “manager” said that THE OWNER would NOT ALLOW them to make ANY FRESH CHICKEN or Other FRESH FOODS after 7pm, so she told my Husband that she would give him what she had on hand. She ended up giving my Husband two TINY pieces of dark meat the size of a Cornish Game Hen , which had a bunch of FREAKING FEATHERS sticking out if it!!! That was enough to make me vomit, but add to that the gray stinking Mac & Cheese and Ice Cold Fries and it was down right the absolute worst food I’ve ever had from a KFC, and I’ve been to KFC Locations literally all over North America. Even worse, when I tried to repeatedly to call and speak with the Manager, they would pick up the phone and let the line sit open while I could hear them all talking in the background. I’ve already called CORPORATE and made a formal complaint against this Franchise for their illegal practices of using Undersized SubPar Quality Chicken and for letting their food sit too long without replacing it with Fresh items, and I reported the CHEAP A-Hole Owner for enforcing this ILLEGAL ACTIVITY while knowing it’s against the Rules. WAY Overcharging paying customers for HIS disgusting food will cost him a lot more in fines than what he’s cheating out of...

We stopped by while we were out shopping and ordered some food. We ordered a 16pc meal, a kids meal and an extra Mac and cheese. Spent right at $70. We didn’t expect perfection but we at lease expected all our food. We were missing a large Mac n cheese. Called the store and they said I can come grab another one. Excellent customer service. We opened the bucket of chicken and it was a bucket of pasty soggy slimy chicken. Half the skin had fallen off and the batter was just slop. It was disgusting. We ordered half original and half crispy and we got all soggy raw looking and falling apart chicken. Not crispy or even browned fried chicken. The chicken looked so horrible that we decided not to go back for the missing side of Mac n cheese as we decided just to not even eat the food. $70 wasted. It’s literally sitting in the bag in the trash can. We can’t even bring ourselves to eat the chicken it’s so soggy and just disgusting looking. So disappointed in this experience.
