Really disappointed. I have been coming here forever and now every time I call in an order for pick-up I am stuck waiting outside in line with everyone else. Then after spending 30 minutes or more in line it is my turn at the counter and THEN they start making my order. It has become such an inconvenience and a bit frustrating that this is the system they have come up with that they think is efficient for their customers and them. I understand they get busy but then they should not offer call-ins so that they can focus on the orders that are there waiting in line, since call-ins would have to be waiting in line anyways and they don't start making their food until they are there anyways.
The staff is always looking miserable and are not friendly either. Parking can be a pain and there isn't much room for a long line for people to stand in so people end up standing in line in the parking lot.
Since you have to wait outside for your order to be done right now, they are still pretty strict on COVID restrictions (you still have to wear a mask or they will embarrass you when you walk in the door, makes it awkward for people with medical conditions to state they have a medical condition), so you have to listen really closely to an old, barely working speaker to hear your name against the commotion of the people in line complaining about the wait, the call-in customers complaining about having to wait in line, and the cars wizzing by.
It is sad to say but from the looks of previous negative reviews that the business doesn't care to remedy a solution for the call-in orders nor care about their customers poor experiences. They do like to take your...
Read moreJus’ Burritos was my go-to place for some of the best breakfast burritos in Broomfield. I feel like this business has lost the value of customer service. I called in today to ask a simple question I was asked to hold. I was on the phone connected through my vehicle on hold, driving from 120th Washington going towards Jus’ Burritos. When I say put on hold, I can hear orders being taken. I lost count after ten orders were taken by the sound of the cashier while on hold. I had just got to 120th and Sheridan, and the call ended as I was hung up on. I called back, and the same words were spoken on the other end; please hold I stopped them before I agreed to be on hold and said I was on hold for a good while, and then the call ended I said to the cashier. I just wanted to see if I could place an order over the phone or should I come in to place an order. The reply was no apology for my wait, nor did I feel I was hung up on. I just was told you should just come in; we are too busy. I felt like I wasted that time to get a simple answer. I felt like I was more of a burden to the staff. If my time is not valued here, I will give my business to another who appreciates it.
My tip to customers looking at these reviews is "Do Not Call" to place an order. They really need to make this not an option if it is too stressful for their staff and can't handle the volume of walk-ins and over the phone orders

Read moreA year ago, I left a middling review of this place - stars only, no comments - but the owner responded quite graciously. I have been back several times over the last year, and I want to share more of what I've found.
First: good, tasty, well-prepared breakfast burritos, especially when you order the green chili on the side. During my initial visit, the green chili had too many large tomato pieces, and it rather put me off. My sausage breakfast burrito seemed more like a tomato-and-sausage breakfast burrito. I have figured out a work-around by ordering the chili on the side. But it may be also that it was a matter of chance, and not a usual batch of green chill. When I've order it on the side, it's been fine.
Second: this place is busy! There is a dedicate group of customers who stop in often, and clearly enjoy the food a lot. That's nice. And they are glad to help newer folks like myself as I make my order.
Third: the young people working behind the counter are friendly, efficient, and enjoyable. It seems like they like each other and function well as a team. That's a pleasant experience and a nice way to start the morning - or at least almost as nice was a greta burrito.
Conclusion: lots of good things going on in this little place, from the food to the customers to the staff....
