Arby's — Restaurant in Brownsburg

I wish I could have left a better review but unfortunately service here sucks and so does the food if they are busy and it’s peak hour. I came through on a busy Wednesday evening and was shorted on my change back. I didn’t notice until I was already home and I didn’t want to go back. The cashier also argued with me and told me she had given me back the correct change; I had to tell her she didn’t and remind her of the bill that was given to her. Also it was very busy at the time and the food was mid at best. Definitely not hot like it should be. I came back through recently and told them about my experience and asked if I could get a discount or something towards my meal and I was told no flat out. No “sorry” nothing. To be honest they didn’t seem to care. I don’t recommend coming here during peak hours unless you are okay with mid food and cold food. I also highly recommend you make sure you are getting the right change back. Customer service here...

Really missed the mark. Purchased an order with four medium fries and received four small fries. Those small fry containers were barely filled. See picture. Sandwiches were slapped together with minimal care or desire to please the customer. The manager on duty was lukewarm in personality. You have a chance to create an order and moment where the customer is happy they chose your food establishment amongst the dozen around you. That happy experience creates an enthusiasm to return over going to the other establishments. Treating the customer as though they are just one of many in your meat grinder of a shift eventually will leave your drive thru empty, seats empty, and doors closed. There are too many places around you who are cheaper and provide the same level of experience...

Usually a good experience. This trip fell short. First off, went there to get 2 of 3 in our party the fish sandwich, which I am told is very good. Unfortunately, they did not have any to sell. We used the drive through to save time. Unfortunately, it appeared the staff had been instructed to offer up info for specials. Drive through is to save time. Since no fish, we ordered 2 beef n cheddar and the two for $6 roast beef. The lackadaisical kid at the window asked if we wanted any sauces. We asked for Arby's and horsey sauce. We got two packs of horsey and one arby sauce... For four roast beef sandwiches. FAIL. We also got the chicken cheese crinkle fries. Not better than a potato cake which they dropped.
