The food is really good, everything is freshly prepared, with a wide variety of options to choose from on the buffet. There are vegetarian dishes, & many healthy options if you like chicken & veggies, or beef with a spicy kick. The fried fish, chicken, sweet & sour chicken, shrimp, and crab Rangoon are all delicious! The cold bar features fresh fruit, crisp salads, & shrimp cocktail and more. Desserts like cookies, cakes & cream puffs pair nicely with the soft serve ice cream & cones. Take out is also available with dozens of options not typically found on the menu. Everything is cooked fresh to order hot and tasty. The atmosphere is casual & pleasant. With lots of booths or tables. Someone is always clearing plates from your table, and making sure the dinning room is clean. For a few bucks more than a mediocre fast food burger and cold fries, you & your family can have a fresh hot & delicious meal. Carry out takes about 10-15 minutes to prepare. The portions are generous and packaged well. I’m happy to support this hard working family owned & family...
Read moreAs you can see on a few of my posts, I love Chinese food. So, today I gave this restaurant a chance. The food variety was ok for the price. The set up is kind of weird since the register is in the back and when you walk in nobody greets you or tells you that you have to pay before you eat. So after we came in we asked the lady that was cleaning the tables if we seated our selves and she said yes, she never told us that we had to pay before eating, so I thought this was one of those buffets where you pay after you eat. After noticing that people were paying before eating I walked to the counter and paid. Some of the food texture and flavor was kind of weird and also cold. I don't know where they get their recipes, but they need to learn how to properly make general Tso's chicken. Overall, I wasn't expecting a 5 star restaurant style of dinning, but I wasn't expecting to be this bad. I work and live in the area so I won't be back. I rather have panda express...
Read moreFairly typical American Chinese Buffet. The food is generally good. A couple of dishes, like their egg rolls or their Golden Jin chicken are above average for this type of establishment, but a couple, like the cashew chicken and pepper chicken are sub-par. They are reasonably priced and conveniently located. The staff are reasonably friendly. If you are in the area and looking for a fix of stuff-yourself-silly typical Americanized Chinese food, you'll be pleased. If you are looking for something bigger and fancier like the Teppanyaki Buffet or The Journey, you'll be disappointed, but it won't gouge your wallet...
