I order from here all the time. For a long time they were far better than the average Domino's from my experience, but in the past few months they have been quite the opposite. Every time I've ordered lately, nothing seems as fresh and the pizzas are often either burnt or undercooked. I've gotten slightly wrong orders a couple of times and just ate them anyway. The toppings suddenly became incredibly sparse. I often pay for double toppings and still get very little. The pizzas suddenly also became very poorly sliced, and often require me to break out a knife. The drivers seem to care less than before and barely acknowledge me other than to give a receipt which is fair enough, I don't really seem that pleasant, and I order pizza so often that I must look like a weirdo, but I do tip well for a single pizza order. I had one thin crust pizza where the driver walked up to the door with the pizza held nearly sideways and as you could guess it had fallen all over itself and it was a complete mess. The change in quality coincidentally lined up with me finally starting to cash out a large number of free pizzas I'd accrued (7 total). I was ordering about one free pizza a week. After getting most of those free pizzas over a couple months, I realized that there was a pattern of me not actually enjoying any of my recent orders. I have found that I completely stopped ordering from this location recently without even thinking about it and I'm deciding now that I don't plan to change that. I suppose I should have left feedback with the store earlier, but I liked what they were selling me so much before that I was just completely bewildered by the change in quality and assumed that it was just a series of flukes. But, when I went there the other day, ( Superbowl Sunday) there were a couple of people who were picking up the phone, then without washing their hands, they picked up dough and started to prepare it for consumption. I'll be honest, I really took a chance on my life because I'm very susceptible to getting sick, but what about other people that may have gotten sick and didn't know how they got sick?
