Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Brownsburg

I order from here all the time. For a long time they were far better than the average Domino's from my experience, but in the past few months they have been quite the opposite. Every time I've ordered lately, nothing seems as fresh and the pizzas are often either burnt or undercooked. I've gotten slightly wrong orders a couple of times and just ate them anyway. The toppings suddenly became incredibly sparse. I often pay for double toppings and still get very little. The pizzas suddenly also became very poorly sliced, and often require me to break out a knife. The drivers seem to care less than before and barely acknowledge me other than to give a receipt which is fair enough, I don't really seem that pleasant, and I order pizza so often that I must look like a weirdo, but I do tip well for a single pizza order. I had one thin crust pizza where the driver walked up to the door with the pizza held nearly sideways and as you could guess it had fallen all over itself and it was a complete mess. The change in quality coincidentally lined up with me finally starting to cash out a large number of free pizzas I'd accrued (7 total). I was ordering about one free pizza a week. After getting most of those free pizzas over a couple months, I realized that there was a pattern of me not actually enjoying any of my recent orders. I have found that I completely stopped ordering from this location recently without even thinking about it and I'm deciding now that I don't plan to change that. I suppose I should have left feedback with the store earlier, but I liked what they were selling me so much before that I was just completely bewildered by the change in quality and assumed that it was just a series of flukes. The three stars assumes that for some reason they've just been off their game and they'll bounce back. They really were great...

So disappointed in this store I noticed I put wrong address for delivery my mistake I get it, I called the store when I noticed the driver was in route (with enough time to make address adjustments because I was at work bout 2 miles from the store) the chick who answered the phone told me they couldn’t change the delivery nothing they could do about it and ended the call. I called and asked could the driver just take the food back to the store and I’ll pick it up when I get off she told me it was already dropped off which wasn’t true because I have a camera at my door the food had not been delivered yet the driver aimeee left my food outside in the snow didn’t call or do anything I’m highly pissed. I ALSO ASKED FOR THE ASSOCIATES NAME WHO TOLD ME SHE COULDNT CONTACT THE DRIVER TO TELL HER TO HOLD MY FOOD SHE WOUODNT GIVE HER NAME . I am a regular customer who always tips and has never had an issue until now when this worker could’ve called the driver and stopped the delivery but she didn’t. Where’s ...

I can't call them directly so I have to go there which is nuts so I always have to place an order there and stay for my food. But, when I went there the other day, ( Superbowl Sunday) there were a couple of people who were picking up the phone, then without washing their hands, they picked up dough and started to prepare it for consumption. I'll be honest, I really took a chance on my life because I'm very susceptible to getting sick, but what about other people that may have gotten sick and didn't know how they got sick? What protocols does Domino's have in place for employees that have multiple duties? Who's there to oversee and enforce said duties? Should I go back and place my life in your hands? I'm...
