Update....no change in ratings. I had the French dip. Worst quality of meat and microwaved. Lemonade still tastes like it came from a powder.

Update...I felt compelled to lower the ratings of this location. The service was great! But the greatness stopped there. The lemonade continues to be premixed and watered down. It actually tasted like a generic powered lemonade. Definitely not their original blend. I also ordered the nacho plate. I have ordered it several times. When does a nacho plate not come with melted cheese? The olives were old and the chips were stale. On a salad that was ordered, the dressing was put in a plastic cup on the side like asked but there was barley enough of it to cover a piece of lettuce. The restaurant was dirty with well over half the tables needing to be cleaned. A large party in the banquet room would not leave the doors closed which allowed the raucous behavior and loudness to interpret the dining room. The cost of eating here does match the quality of food being served. It is apparent the managers and/owners have lost their drive to maintain the quality of this restaurant.

We had a party of 10 people and reserved the banquet area. This worked well as everyone was able to visit. Food was good but noticed portions are getting smaller. Lemonade is no longer homeade...Definitely premixed probably from a powder and no longer available at the beverage counter. We can no longer help ourselves to pickles and the crew is stingy...

I placed an order for two different entrees today, and once I ordered the second item I requested they be put on separate checks. The young lady on the phone scoffed, and said she'd have to start the order over. When I got to the restaurant, I walked over to where I've picked up togo orders in the past. A blonde young lady said she'd probably have me go wait in line because she wasn't sure if she could use the computer I was in front of, meaning I would have to go stand behind a huge line of people to wait on my order that had already been placed. Thankfully, what looked like a manager walked by and said she could cash me out at that pos station. I left, and got back to work, just to realize that sherry shallot dressing was put in with my salad after I had requested the chili lime. I called to explain what happened, and I believe I got the same girl again. She said I could come back and get the correct dressing. After explaining I couldn't leave work again, she abruptly hung up. After spending almost $20 on a salad and soda, I'm pretty disappointed with the service and food I received. I also don't typically leave reviews when I've had a frustrating experience, but after three unsavory interactions with this young lady I felt inclined...

Went to this location for lunch and had the most unpleasant, disgusting experience. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad on my lunch break and one I got to work to consume my meal, I was about to take a bite and just happened to look at my fork and see a high black bug on it. I immediately called the store to let them know what happened and to inform them that I’d be back once off work. I spoke with the manager Pamela on the phone who seemed very concerned and anticipating my arrival. When I made it to the location she was no longer there. I asked for a manager on duty and the guy at the register posed as a manager until the real manager walked up. His name was Juan. Juan did in fact not seem concerned and with no regard told me that “These things happen. We get our salad mixes pre-made in a bag that is shipped to us so we have no control over a bug slipping through”. He was very nonchalant and acted as if he did not care about the situation.
