Ritter's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Brownsburg

Ok so I took my daughter to this establishment for a treat and when we walked in we could hear what sounded very much like arguing from the kitchen area. No one greets us for a while. One young girl finally walks pass us and does a couple of things before she steps up to the counter and finally ask if she can help and she's so soft spoken we can hardly hear her but ok. Meanwhile the arguing continues so I ask "are they arguing?" She replies they're just having a conversation we're all friends here. Uh it was loud, an obvious disagreement which honestly I could care less but it's so unprofessional and made it an unpleasant outing. We decided to leave with our treat rather than dine in. Wow.. no welcomes just stares! The gentleman working turned his nose up! I spoke to him again until he spoke and the young lady. Told them I like to feel welcome. First time here and definitely my last time here! Wasn’t pleased with my ice cream either maybe it’s because of the first impression. Peace!

Response: Thanks for the offer to make it right. However when I first walked in your store was empty and my first eye contact was with the gentleman who was cleaning tables he looked around and didn’t speak and secondly the young lady spoke when spoken too. I’m really big on customer service it’s the heart and soul of any business....

We Only had Custard in the cones. They mixed half a dip of chocolate and half a dip of vanilla for us. The large cone was sweet and delicious. My daughter' s small cone had so much on it I had to take some. I hadn't had Frozen Custard for years. I liked it better than I remembered. To me it seems extremely colder than ice cream which was nice. I just learned that the business was there. I want to try the Sundae next time. I will probably stop by with my daughter every once in awhile after she gets her hair done at Great clips...
