If I could give this Wendy’s zero stars I would. If you are traveling through Brownsburg, IN trust me you want miss this location. It’s a young staff and so I always give the benefit of doubt. The young man taking my order really struggled and I kept telling him it was ok but instead of apologizing he just giggled through it which only made it more frustrating. Though out of his control, there was a lot of things that the location did not have so you couldn’t even order menu items because they didn’t have all the ingredients.. he was not knowledgeable about their 100 flavors machine - he didn’t even know they had the machine.. The one in the dining area was broken and when I asked if they had one behind the counter he replied no but after asking more realize they did and his response was oh I thought you meant do we have “100 variations of flavor.” While waiting I looked behind the counter and saw just how dirty it was. Empty and half use sauce bottle on the floor . Dirt/stains everywhere that really should have sent me running. After getting my food chicken was cold. Fries old and stale.. it was just a bad experience overall. And when pulling up restaurants I seen this is...
Read moreThe female 'manager' that NEVER leaves the drive-thru window is running a quick-change cash scam at this location. Only pay by credit card! On several occasions I have been inside the restaurant when a drive-thru customer comes in missing a $5 or $10 bill from drive-thru change. Every time, the poorly trained counter staff 'go to get the manager'. Several minutes later they say the manager is busy in the drive-thru and can't come to the counter. Then the next story the employee relays to to customer is that they will have to wait until the end of the shift when the manager counts the drawer to see if there is an extra $5 or whatever. This is wrong on so many levels: 1). The Manager should not be glued to the drive-thru window. 2). The kids at the counter should not be handling customer complaints. 3). Good cash-drawer practices will prevent overages and shortages. Before you say that if the manager needed some add'l money she could go pole dance, etc, you really need to see her... The pole would need to be double-wall Titanium and the stage labeled...
Read moreWould give zero stars if it was possible. I fully expect this place to be out of business in the next few months. Went through the drive thru and was told they didn't have lettuce for any salads. I told them I would just come in, so I could talk to family at home about what they wanted instead. They didn't tell me the inside was closed. After finding the doors locked, I went back to the drive thru and was told they were closed for the day. It was 4:44pm, and the sign said they close at 5pm (and why would you close at 5pm and miss out on over half your daily revenue potential). It's pretty obvious management is hiring lazy, incompetent people and also can't keep the right inventory of menu items. To the owner, I highly recommend you reevaluate your staff before it costs you your entire investment.
I would potentially give this Wendy's another chance if I hadn't experienced such terrible customer service consistently over the past 1-2 years, but I'd just be wasting my time at this point. This is a warning to everyone, don't...
