This is typically where we order from, not for the the way they taste, but due to convenience because they are the closest to our home if we do a pick up order instead of delivery. We ordered from them today and after I got home from picking it up I realized the breadsticks were completely burnt almost black. I was shocked as to why they would even put this in a box to serve them up rather than toss them. They had to have known this would cause an issue. My husband called up here and spoke with Kevin who offered a credit for breadsticks or to remake them. My husband asked for them to deliver and Kevin stated they have quite a bit of orders but would do that. After some time I realized I had two missed calls from them so I returned the call and a girl there told me they called to tell me they tried to deliver the breadsticks but we were not home. I stated that we have been home and never received a knock on the door or the door bell. Instead of going back and forth I just said okay we will just take the credit on the account for them. Kevin then took over the phone from her and stated that they would not be doing that because they held up their end of the bargain by supposedly attempting to deliver new ones. I told him we were home the entire time and asked if he could tell me what address they went to and he named a different address than ours. I advised him that that is not our address (right street wrong numbers) and he raised his voice and stated that he took the call from my husband himself and that is what my husband gave him. Instead of simply stating that he apologizes and must have accidentally misheard the address and for serving burnt bread sticks in the first place he only wanted to argue. Read moreConcerning the Gibraltar road store in Brownstown,MI . The Pizza tastes great when made correctly. 3 of my last 4 orders have been incorrect. I do not eat meat and have received meat each time. The first two orders were replaced with no problems but this last order was called in at the end of the night. By the time the delivery driver left and we noticed it was made with pepperoni instead of green pepper the store was closed and there was no answer when I attempted to call. I did however call the deliver driver back and leave a voice message. I called in the next evening (tonight) to have the order replaced and was very rudely told they were not replacing the order because I should have called first thing when they opened. I then spoke to a second manager who stated that he would only give me half off my order unless I brought the pizza from the night before back to the store. Even though they have a record of my order on their computer. I don't know if they think this is some kind of scam or what but when you repeatedly tell them that you do not eat meat and they continue to give it to you anyway, they should know it's an issue on their end. So I went ahead and ordered the pizza half off and was told it would be $5.50. I asked if it could be delivered and they agreed...however, they charged me an extra $3.50 for delivery. After all these screw ups, you would think they would be more apologetic and accommodating since we order from them often. Not treat me like I did something wrong! Read moreHad a mix up with another pizza stores online system, accidentally double ordered through sammy's informed them of the mix up. Did not take the pizza and called to void the order was told immediately no by the manager because everything they did was right even though I did not take the food because of the mix up. Called the other place worked out everything to be informed sammy should be the one to refund the order that I did not take. Once I called back the delivery guy who seemed more professional then the manager actually answered the phone and informed me that he is doing the refund now as the manager in the back yells to him we aern't delivering there again. I spoke with the manager for him to inform me that because of the one time incident of a mix up because the product was made (pizza and wings) and delivered I should have been a stand up guy and paid for both. I acknowledged the mix up by the other company but the fact that this is all it took for him to put my address who has ordered multiple times from this company on a do not deliver list, and when I asked for ownership's number he informed me that he could not give that and I could go online to try to reach someone..I will never buy Sammys and will be informing everyone I know about what kind of management decisions are being made...only plus was the delivery guy was actually a stand up guy and I wish I would've gave him a cash tip...
