haven't been in a long time and I was reminded recently why. I received a delivery to pick up from there and was extremely early. Mind you, the delivery app tells you, "if you're more than 8 minutes early, the order will probably not be ready yet". So I go in with the understanding that I'll have to wait a little bit. I didn't know i would have to wait 45+ minutes. I asked for the order 3 times: the first when I got there. I was told they were working on it. OK fine. Workers were chatting up a storm, having a great time.... OK cool, understandable. 15 minutes later... hi is the order ready yet? The worker completely taken aback.. as if I had asked a new question. Still not ready. "They're bagging it up." More time passes... again I ask for the order. Still not ready... this time, I hear the employee i asked about the order ask the people in the back about the order and a worker in the back gasp and say, "I'm sorry, i forgot" and the person i ask say, "it's OK"...
I'd suggest to make sure you are paying attention. I get laughing and having a great time at work, but at least do your work at the same time. I kept the customer notified, which is what helped me but not sure if I'll accept another dunkin order after that...
Also worthy to mention: there wasn't many people there, just slow trickles of...
Read moreUnfortunately for Brownsville we only have 1 location. Earlier this year they had a few young men working there that were friendly and provided good service so even when they messed up an order it was ok. Coffee can taste bad depending on who and how they make it. Currently there are mainly young girls working there and it seems like placing an order takes forever because they're busy with side conversations. I have been over charged numerous times, given nearly frozen food (croissants/ bagels) and today I was handed a disgusting coffee. I rarely go back to "complain" but I'm fed up. I gave the curly haired girl my drink back and said it was gross. She was offended by it and her emo buddy came for support. Instead of just remaking it they ganged up on me about not saying what's wrong with my coffee. I told them to just give me a refund. They were mad about it. Emo girl proceeds to refund my money, gives me my card and says "next time use your words". I'm sure I'm labeled as a "Karen" and I'm sure they talked crap about me. The entire interaction could've gone so much better had they just remade a small iced coffee! Since when is "gross" not a word? I wasn't being rude! I genuinely said it because it was THAT bad. Do better! Have some respect for people who help you...
Read moreI don’t understand how your employees can mess up a simple order. We went to get a cold brew, hot matcha latte, wake up wrap, pumpkin doughnut and a maple bacon croissant. Employee said they had no cheese for the croissant but white cheese and we asked no cheese on the croissant and instead they gave us the croissant with cheese and gave us a tortilla with bacon and no cheese and no egg instead of a wake up wrap. The employee literally repeated our order to us at the intercom and then had to ask us what our order was again when we drove up to the window. Either your employees need to be re-trained or your managers have to make sure your employees are actually paying attention to what they’re doing. This has happened multiple times to us at this Dunkin and it’s gotten to the point where we’re writing a dang google review.🥲 I don’t mean to be a Karen over a mistake but when it’s happening again and again clearly there’s a problem with employees/work ethic at this establishment. That’s our only complaint though. The employees are always nice...
