Las Cazuelitas — Restaurant in Brownsville

My husband places an order for soup. When I arrived I asked for my order and we soon found out he had ordered it at the other location. I said well I’m already here so I’ll just place the order from here. The waitress was bothered by what I said, her facial expression said it all. She came back to me i paid but I didn’t tip her, when I saw she had seen I didn’t tip her she made another facial expression and that’s when I confronted her. She replied I didn’t laugh at you I was looking at my phone, I replied you shouldn’t be on your phone as you are working and I don’t appreciate your facial expressions, you are giving me bad customer service and she said again I am in my phone just like you are in your phone, i put my phone down and told her you are working and you shouldn’t be on your phone but giving good customer service and you are not you are making me feel bad for canceling an order and making all these facial expressions. I work in operations and management and my job is to make sure my employees and customers are well treated and taken care as we depend on our customers to make profit. Las cazuelitas has been open for many years. It's a small restaurant with delicious breakfast and lunch. They open at 7 in the morning and close at 3 in the afternoon. I've had their breakfast and the tortillas de harina are so delicous, soft, with a buttery flavor. I've only eaten Lunch their once and I went in for their caldo and apparently it's one of the best things because they ran out and I had to order the Menudo which is also a great choice. I had to put a star to leave a review. But they deserve 0. They had very little tables the waitress was like a chicken without a head just running around. The cashier don't even acknowledged you coming in. They took for ever they never offer to sit us down we are literally standing infront of them like we don't exist.
