Whataburger — Restaurant in Brownwood

We just ate at Whataburger Brownwood. I am a long time customer more than 50 years. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. There was a teenage party going on behind the counter and it was not supervised. We ordered two burgers and two chocolate shakes. We got the burgers and were assured the shakes would be right out. My wife went to the counter twice with no result. I went to the counter and asked what happened to the shakes and was told they would be out but no one was at the machine. Then an adult showed up. And preceded to have to make them because the kids could not work the machine. The large young man was told to check the bathrooms. He returned saying they were in good shape. They were not because I had just been in the men's room and there was urine on the floor. There was only one young girl with a bun who was doing her job with the fries and packaging and delivering food in the restaurant. Another young man with an earring was flitting around just bothering others trying to do their jobs. There were so many people running around a giggling I could not even count how many people were supposed to be working. It was a mess and so was everything about our service...

Everytime, not just sometimes, everytime they mess up my order when I go through drive through. I don't blame the Whataburger here in general, but their cook or cooks needs to have some serious and thorough training or something. I asked for two number one's, one with no onions. Then I asked for two kids meals justaburger, with ketchup and cheese on one and without cheese on the other because one of my son's has a milk allergy. I even let them know that. Then I just asked for the number 4 after that with everything that came with it.

What did the cook do? He chose the number 4 to take the cheese and onions off, then put cheese on everything else and onions on the one I asked not to. They need to get it together with their cook. They get our order wrong every time, I know it seems like a lot, but really it's not hard to know unless you're knew to cooking fast food. I don't leave reviews, but this was a little ridiculous after the 5th time not...

20240408-I can not believe what just happened. I drove through the drive-thru and when I came up to the window, I see a bag there inside already sitting there and then just waited. After sitting there for ten minutes, I told myself that I would not accept that bag if it was mine, and continued to wait. Finally, after fourteen minutes a clerk came to the window to confirm my order. I asked her, "Is that bag my burger" to which she said, "Yes". I then told her, "That burger has been sitting on the counter for nearly 15 minutes and I will not accept it. She Carried the bag to the back and then came back without the burger. She said that they will remake the burger. Another man approached me to ask me to move up to the bushes, and later, another young man brought my burger out to me, but when I grabbed the burger from the bag, it was cold. This is totally unacceptable, that burger sat in that bag for about half an hour. Needless to say, I...
