Panda Express — Restaurant in Brownwood

I went through the drive through and ordered 2 plates. ( 1 side and 2 entrees) 1 plate was the pepper steak, fried rice, and chow mein ( which I wanted instead of the second entree) The person taking the order couldn't grasp that fact, and kept asking if I wanted a bowl. After about the 4th time he finally got it. The 2nd plate was fried rice, honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken. I also got 2 egg rolls." Food review".. fried rice in both plates was tasteless, chow mein noodles were dry, as if they had been under a heat lamp, pepper steak was bland. The orange chicken was mostly breading. The honey walnut shrimp was OK, but also a lot of breading. We both took one bite of an egg roll, and that was all. They tasted like soap. The best part of the meal was the fortune cookies. We have eaten at other Panda Express and don't remember it being this bad. Maybe this is why there was only 1 car ahead of me in the drive thru at 12:10 pm. Tried it once...never again. The price came to almost $30. For the same price We could have went to Katana restraunt, and had...

I thought Abilene had the worst but this one is the absolute bottom of the barrel, so much that I'll probably never eat at another Panda Express again. Food was loaded with more peas than anyone would Ever use, service and staff was like a pinball game behind the counter, no one had their positions figured out and were running about aimlessly, the parking lot is an accident waiting to happen with not enough signage and too small of parking lot, items not avail on the app to pre-order, but available at the restaurant, what's the point of placing a to go order if you have to add more items when you get there? I'm sorry but if anyone believes this location is good, they obviously haven't eaten at other locations. Oh and I asked for. 6:00 pickup, got a text at 5:45 saying it was ready, so I paid for cold food, but this will be the only chance they get. Same old re-hashed fast food kids that ruin all the eating establishments here, will take my money out of town next time I want Chinese.

Brotherman, I went there on Father's day around 6 pm, because my family was delayed flight

The girl at the drive through window was acting sour.....I got the broccoli beef and my side was fried rice... The broccoli 🥦 was hard as a rock, there was only 3 shivers of beef, I got a "bowl" and a side. 95% rice and the rest was not at all fully cooked or fresh. I asked for sweet and sour sauce and I'm still not convinced she didn't spit in my food. I've been going to Panda Express from Denver to Dallas and this is beyond measure the worst $9 thing ever Should have went to Taco...
