Anytime Fitness — Local services in Brownwood

A very welcoming atmosphere. The staff is genuinely concerned about my health journey. I was reluctant to join a gym because of my physical condition. I felt that I would be judged for how far down I had let my health go. That was all taken away in the first couple visits. I am always greeted and spoken to by name when I enter the gym. Cara and Liz are awesome and always wanting to help with any questions or concerns that I have had. Amanda, my trainer has been so good helping me get back into shape while focusing on my biggest concern which was not hurting myself while building my health back up. The people here seem to be bothered if you ask them something even though that is there job they get paid for to do. They do the bare minimum just to not get fired and still get paid.

My experience was with Cara Esquivel, she was talking so fast to me as if she was an Auctioneer talking to me at 100 miles per hour to get me out of there as soon as possible. She didn't offer for me to take a seat and as soon as she gave an answer I was being dismissed immediately. Again, attitude of "don't bother me and what do you want, ok bye". Horrible.

Anytime fitness in Brownwood is a horrible gym please don’t waste your time becoming a member because they don’t care about people all they care about is money I’ve been to several of them and I see the same problems going on when something is broken it doesn’t get fixed restrooms and showers not being cleaned properly and management is really disrespectful and uninformative about certain things for more profit and benefit for the gym. There are much better gyms that really do care about people that will treat you fair. so please make a better choice where you spend your money because you really should get the best treatment and Brownwood anytime fitness does...
