Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Brownwood

Today I stopped by to get Chick-fil-A after my child's gymnastics. This is pretty normal for us. I went through The back parking lot due to the location of where I was coming from. Coming in through the back way of the parking lot I have to turn into the drive area, making a sharp right turn. When I arrived nobody was in line but I had to wait for the vehicles to move forward so that I could make the turn. While waiting for the turn and finally getting my chance to turn 2 carsshow up in the line but they waited knowing that I was there 1st. however the lady that was taking orders outside decided to come up to me as I was trying to make the turn and tell me "that I was cutting in the line and that I had to go round". This made me upset because there's absolutely no signs in their parking lot that states I cannot enter the drive thru this way, plus I was there first. I could see that if there was already A-line and I was truly cutting however I was the 1st one there . Plus I drive a bigger vehicle and cannot make very sharp turns therefore I waited safely for the other vehicles to move forward before pulling out to make this turn. If they do not want this to occur then they need to put signage outside. I don't appreciate getting scolded by a drive-through employee who didn't know the situation. Then when speaking to the manager they said there used to be one but the sign got stolen, that is...

I was driving to Cisco for work at night, I ordered their spicy chicken sandwich and fries. One of the best I have ever eaten. Well, When I was leaving, My friend was driving too pulling a camper, was a ways behind, I went back and ordered again, But they were closing. Their director was outside along with a gentleman that worked there. I asked if I could still order and asked what did I need, I told them same thing. But they said, They had already thrown those away, Everything every day fresh. They said, we have some chicken nuggets and other stuff if you like, So I accepted, And asked how much was the food. They said, Here it is on the house. But I still insisted on paying for the food. I looked in the bag there were chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, and pies. A lot of food. To the director and gentleman, I want to say Thank you. The people of Brownwood, You really made an impression on me that I will never forget. If you are anywhere near there Believe me, It is worth it to go. Just cause of the people there. You just don't find that kind of treatment of kindness everywhere. Their food is excellent. They also deserve a raise. Beautiful people. Aces in my book....

Can’t believe I’m writing this but this is literally one of the worst Chick Fil A’s I’ve experienced. We walked into the sad mall housing it at 10am and they had the chain door lock down. The employees sitting around eating seemed annoyed that we disturbed them to ask if they were open. We were told only drive thru was open... okay... so we go get back in our car and go through the drive thru. Next I try to order coffee and I’m told they only serve iced coffee not hot.. what???? Never mind hot coffee is on the menu we are handed. We order and we are told to pull forward and then we wait and we wait. I’m starting to feel like this is actually a McDonalds posing as a Chick Fil A, it had all the characteristic. We finally get our food and the biscuits on our little chicken nuggets are pale and doughy. This place falls way below Chick Fil A Standard’s. I didn’t even get a “My pleasure” when I...
