Very sad . We (group of 7)stopped in after visiting nearby entertainment. The staff did not want to let us in because “we might be those car people who are having a vintage car assembly outside and apparently they didn’t like those people. Staff proceeded to complain about those people for our entire meal in the background. To be clear we are not car people. While attempting to order both the servers and the host decided to talk to other tables and ignore us. We ordered a cheeseburger, which was delivered to the wrong table left there for five minutes pick up from the table and then put in front of me. that had obviously been left in some kind of heating device for hours, the chili was left in a pot and burned the grilled chicken salad was not good the Ruben was meh, The only comment about the chicken Philly was at least it wasn’t raw the only thing we can recommend there was shakes and even those were OK. Among other off-color comments when asking for extra napkins we were asked “did you Pee your self? The staff were incompetent with the bill and could not seem to determine who in the restaurant had what, and attempted to put a French dip and other things on our bill repeatedly. Breakfast was fine. Their toast is excellent. But it's not that hard to find better portions for a better price a few minutes down the road.

The biggest reason I'm not expecting to go back is because of how many distractions there are. A television with the sound off accomplishing nothing, and a radio playing Nickelback and political commercials. This was leading the guys in red hats at the next table into louder discussions about politics. The "family" part of their name is in this way a misnomer. I had to put my headphones on to tune it out.

There's a sign over their side door with their name, but when you get to the door, there's a very faded sign informing you it's the handicapped entrance only, and it's locked. They ought to redo the sign so you can read it before you're at the door. Maybe a big arrow saying "

2 out 3 waitresses there ae excellent. The "bigger" one is lazy. After getting my first cup of coffee she disappeared for 20 minutes. Other waitresses were picking up her slack. They gave me coffee, cleaned up the dishes and asked if we needed anything else. The "bigger" one didn't even come back, didn't bring the ketchup and hot sauce after asking us if we wanted any, doesn't know the difference between hashbrowns and home fries, didn't mention the daily specials that would have saved us a few bucks and I had to go to the cash register to ask for the bill. If it was the other 2 that I saw hustling around while the "bigger" one milled around I would've given 5 stars. Food is good. If I go back I'll ask not to be seated in her area even if I have to ask her myself. Terrible service...
