If you are considering purchasing, please do not waste your time. I do NOT write reviews. I do not take time out of my day to do this but I felt it was needed for this business.

My boyfriend an I were one of the thousands to order the Dino Nuggie Pillow. We ordered it in MARCH. It is now May, almost June. We have reached out on multiple occasions and got a 1 copy and paste response, that just states the family was sick and couldn't do the orders. I understand completely we have given plenty of time and patience as this is a small business. However, there is no reason it should be 2 months behind. I understand things happen, but to not give a proper update and to ignore consumer emails is not okay.

I am happy to order from a small business but I have never had this experience and will never order from them again. I just wanted my money back. We have explained to them that we understand humans make mistakes and whatnot but this is getting out of hand. Its 20$ at the most that we paid for the nuggie pillow. But 20$ can go a long way.

My order arrived earlier today for the 2 Dinosaur Chicken Nugget pillows and the quality of the products are truly INCREDIBLE! They look even better than the photos and were 100% worth the wait! I placed the order on March 9th of last year after seeing the products featured on Twitter and Fox News. The two pillows were about $40. They look so realistic in person and are truly amazing! Thank you so much for making each product with time and care; They arrived in perfect condition!!

I also kept up to date with Affordable Farmhouse's email updates and would like to give my deepest condolences to the Affordable Farmhouse family. While I do wish more updates could have been provided during the process, I understand the hardships they faced. I greatly appreciate their dedication to creating quality items and I am amazed by the craftsmanship of the pillows. The other home decor items on the website look super creative as well so I will definitely order from the online store again...

Stole my money and refuses to refund or answer my emails. Also, didn't respond to my BBB complaint. Luckily, I have a great attorney which is my next step.

Also, as I have said before, "I am sorry you lost a child, but that doesn't give you a right not to refund my money."

*Edit: 01/30/2024 It has been over a year since my order, the owners have called me names on social media and told me I should get over it. I have reported fraud with the FTC and have been communicating with an agent. Hopefully we can get these crooks soon and get our money back.

*Edit 6/18/2024 Seemed like they were thinking of shipping because I got a notice that a shipping label was created but that was about two months ago after they told me "You are annoying, thank GOD your package is sending out soon so I don't have to listen to you anymore". This woman is such a scammer and obscene human being that deserves all the KARMA THAT IS...
