Edited after the nasty response from the “owner”: First of all, an animal of ANY kind, even a service dog cannot be in an area where food is being prepared. You may want to read up on the laws before coming back with attacks and finger pointing. The dog was absolutely in the kitchen and we have pictures that we’ll be sharing with the health dept and OSHA. I’m sure they’ll share those with you. Second, we asked for 2 hours of bowling when we reserved the lane and again when we paid. We had 7 people and chose 2 lanes to be able to spread out. You only offered one lane, and only because the big party offered to give up one of their lanes. No thanks. Third, being 21 is not a requirement of playing pool. If no alcohol is purchased, it’s not an issue. Go to any bar during the day on a weekend and there’s no restriction. I’m sorry that your bartender just didn’t want to be in there.
If this is the type of response your workplace has to a complaint or bad review, it’s a prime example of how poorly run your workplace is. Customer service goes a long way, and instead of apologizing for all of the issues (and the animal in the kitchen. You might want to Look up the laws before being combative and insinuating that I’m offending someone who needs a service dog. If it’s really a service dog, the owner would know that they’re not allowed in locations where food is prepared), you come back with finger pointing, shaming, and calling your customer “sad”. That’s unfortunate.
Worst bowling experience in a very long time. We got there on a Sunday afternoon (and had reserved 2 lanes before hand), and when we got there, we paid for 2 lanes for 2 hours. For some reason, they only put us down for 1 hour… so in the middle of our games, they turned the lanes off. We went to ask why, and they advised that a big party came in and they needed our lanes…. What? The lanes we reserved and paid for. Not ok. So then we agreed to stop arguing about how they gave our lanes away to another group (it was my daughters birthday too, so getting to tell her that we didn’t get to bowl any more was fun..), so we decided to spend some time in the arcade. Unfortunately, for some reason they wouldn’t let my 18 year old daughter play pool. There is NO alcohol in the arcade, but for some reason they advise that under 21 cannot play pool. A game. With no alcohol. Whatever So then we decide to get some food before we leave early. Only to discover a DOG in the back of the kitchen. Yes, a dog. An animal. IN THE KITCHEN. No thanks never coming back. Unreal. Also, can’t wait til the health dept hears about this one. Absolutely...
Read moreWe rented out T&M lanes for a birthday party, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. In our small town, moments like these mean everything—and this experience gave us memories we will forever treasure. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and celebrated. The lanes were perfectly set, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.
What made the night so special wasn’t just the strikes and spares, but the laughter echoing down the lanes, kids cheering each other on, and the way friends and family could simply enjoy being together without distraction. In a world that moves too fast, this felt like stepping back into something pure and timeless—a place where community, joy, and celebration come first.
We will carry the memories of this birthday forever, and we’re so grateful to have such a gem right here in our town. If you’re looking for more than just bowling—if you want an experience filled with heart, laughter, and lasting moments—this...
Read moreI just went here with my whole extended family of about 25 people on a Sunday night. I read some of the negative reviews earlier before going and I just want to say that they are all wrong. It's not the nicest bowling alley in the world, but the whole experience was great. We ordered a ton of food and even though the real cook called off that night, they still did a fantastic job completing our big order. For a bowling alley, the food was quite good. The staff was attentive and handled everything well. It's definitely a place we will end up going back to many times. Thank you owners for saving a place like this and obviously doing the best you can with it. Much...
