My partner and I joined Refuge Gaming about 45 days ago and I cannot say enough good things about Refuge and its community. I joined because I wanted to find new/more people to play board games with and to learn to play new games, and Refuge definitely checked those boxes for me. Everyone has been super nice and welcoming. I'm an introvert and am more of a casual gamer, so I was nervous about whether I'd fit in and I can say now that I was silly to worry about that. This is a community of people who enjoy games. I've attended several Learn to Play nights and found new games I really enjoy. Dustin and Brandon, who run/own Refuge, really care about what kind of community they're creating and they have really cool things lined up for the future. There is something for everybody (board games, RPGs, collectible cards, painting workshops, leagues, tournaments, and SO much more) and if you're looking for an outstanding community for casual or competitive game play, you should definitely check out Refuge Gaming.
