Tbh I wouldn't give this location a 1 star. I was absolutely berated over the phone by an employee. This is absolutely unacceptable. My husband went to order and said a meme and they started yelling at him saying he was being predatory. He has joked with the 303 staff over this particular meme and they know what it's about. These people at this location misconstrued it and I was obviously upset and started to cry because I was overwhelmed that they would be this way over something we thought was a meme as well as the staff at the 303 location. I talked to a female at first who started screaming at me. Then I called back and talked to a male who I started to apologize to for taking it wrong. Well the female starts cussing and mocking me for having a panic attack. I can hear her clearly in the backround. Absolutely sickening that this location allows staff like that. Read moreDrive thru order experience: My taco had to be remade bc of a mess up-no biggie right?? The replacement toppings were corrected but the taco itself wasnt toasted all the way. The gentleman at the window wasn't very polite. I shrugged it off to "maybe he's having a bad day". I decided to give them a second chance today and ordered the same thing as last time. It seemed like he remembered who I was by my order and only one sliver of the quesadilla was made the entire rest of it is pretty much empty and it's also cold. The burrito doesn't look too appealing either. When someone is unhappy with a fast food order it should be remade without questioned especially if the food has not been eaten. People are becoming weary of bringing food back and having it remade in fear of the food being tampered with. Shame on the employees for being mean, rude and unsanitary. Read moreThis Taco Bell location is incredibly disappointing, and today was the final straw. The employees clearly don’t care, which shows in every aspect: long wait times even with an empty drive-thru, incorrect orders, and poor food quality. They consistently forget item customizations and leave out sauces, and if you try to go inside to grab some, the dining room is closed even though it’s supposed to be open.
Today, all our food was wet for some reason. I honestly have no idea what the item in the picture is supposed to be, but the fact that an employee thought it was okay to wrap and serve speaks volumes about the lack of care. On a previous visit, we waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru as the only car, only to see the employees dancing in the kitchen when we drove by the lobby on our way out.
