DRIVE THRU EXPERIENCE š®āšØA 1stā¦drive thru order all jacked up cause server afraid of non active tiny Chihuahua that was chained to passenger side of car. Server standing way back from car and was even unable to swipe my card. I always get the same thing when I mentioned to price difference she kinda just faded away on to the next carš„øwhen I got to the pick up then it was shown the error on the receipt. They attempted to correct only to NOT REALLY LISTEN so I was given the wrong order after all of thatā¦I want my meat grilled. NEVER HAD A BAD ORDER EVER AT ANY CHICK-FIL-A. Today was the worst and the firstā¦I will definitely pay closed attention at this location cause when itās time to eat I donāt want to be vexed like I was todayā¦REVIEW UPDATE04/2025 I opened my bag and this is how I was greeted by my order. (see pictureā¬ļøIām giving up on this locationā¦the signs are everywhere for me because if I continue to use this location my WHOLE ENTIRE CHICK-Fil-A vibe will be warped. This location has taught me that āall Chick fil A locations DO NOT SHARE THE SAME INTEGRITY. How disappointing, of my lifetime of driving thru Chick-fil-A and them being my favorite drive thru restaurant since they were first established and Iāve even gone to the very first one in Atlanta, multiple times, this particular location is a hoax fil-a š¤. Conveniently located is not even good enough Iām gonna consider them a Royal Castle or some other obsolete joint. Iām new to the Golden Isles and Iām learning here places donāt always represent themselvesš¤what they do is they perpertrate a certain placeā¦like this isnāt really a Chick-fil-A. Donāt let the name and the themed building fool you. I wonāt. šāļøPictures show how my fries were thrown in the bag so they got cold really fastā¦and my sandwich wasnāt too far from that. No condiments between the bread also tossed together awfully. SMH š I can keep my š° and by pass on the calories and this location. This Chick-fil-A is a disgrace to the ones Iāve experienced all over the south. Too bad they are the only ones in this area. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered for catering pick up and had 2 orders. One was for pick up at 12 PM and the other at 1 PM. Since it did not allow me to combine the 2 orders, on the app, I decided to pick them both up at 1. I arrived at the restaurant at 1:15. While standing in line to wait on my order, the cashier yells out if anyone has a catering order pick up, so I said me and that I had 2 orders. She then says, no you don't. There is only one pick up for 1 pm. The other order has already been picked up. I tell her that it couldn't have because nobody in my party picked anything up. She says well the order is not here. So now we're basically having a staring contest because either you're going to give me my food or my money back. A manager (I guess) then comes to the register and says mam this order has already been picked up. I show her both my confirmation receipts and continue trying to explain that I did not pick up an order. She again says well our system is showing the food has already been picked up. So ya'll are just giving food away to anybody?? At this point I am getting upset because they continue to tell me that I picked up my order when I know I did not. The manager says well we will have to pull the cameras. So I say we'll pull the cameras. 5 minutes later the original cashier comes back with my order and proceeds to say well I have been calling you since 12 to pick up your order. I show her my phone and that I did not have any missed calls from chick-fila. She says well you must've given the wrong number. Now I'm getting more aggravated because the story changes from someone already picked up your order to now all of a sudden she has been calling me all morning. Which is it? The manager did not even come back out to apologize. I say all this to say, the customer service during this encounter was horrible. If you are ordering catering, please be sure to keep all receipts, because they may just say someone else already picked...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve never left a negative review for a business. Much less a Chic Fil A⦠The staff was so rude. Clearly understaffed, I felt bad for the one guy running the drive thru lanes. But I found it strange when he stopped taking my order multiple times to argue with another worker. The employee at the window seemed totally lost. Potentially their first day. But there was a letter on window about the weather causing a delay in shipment of certain products, like lettuce. I asked the employee about it since this was not the first restaurant Iāve heard of having a hard time getting lettuce, specifically. She snapped back that no.. they have lettuce. Theyāve always had it. Trying to clear the obvious offense I must have given her, I pointed out the sign and told her I had heard of other places having an issue and was just curious. Then she told me she didnāt know if they actually had it or not, maybe they didnāt have it. Weird.
Now, as far as the food goes⦠𤢠I always get extra pickles in my sandwiches. 2-3 extra pickles is to be excepted as the norm, in my experience. No joke, this sandwich had so many pickles the bottom bun was soaked and dripping with pickle juice. The whole sandwich fell apart after about 2 bites. Which at that point, I couldnāt care less. No one wants to eat soggy chicken with wet bread. Trashed the whole meal after that.
Not only was this one of the most awkward encounters Iāve had with a business. This was the worst Chic Fil A Iāve...
