I would like to share my experience. I placed an online order at approximately 6:30, Friday September 22. My birthday. The order tracker said that my order would take 45 minutes to an hr. No problem. Around 7:45 I check the Domino's tracker app and found that my pizza was still in the "prep" phase. So, I called Domino's to make sure everything was still in process and to ask about the time frame. The girl that answered the phone, said that their system had went down and the tracker was not reliable. She told me that they were just starting my order and it would be about 45 minutes to an hr. I told her that the tracker gave me a 45min to an hr approximation as well and that it had already been well over an hr. She said that the app couldn't be trusted and there was nothing she could do about it. I thanked her for her time and I asked her , "to whom am I speaking ?" She said, I am the manager. So I asked aagin, what is your name?" She said she doesn't tell customers her name. I said, well, I can always call tomorrow and ask for who the manager was, the night before. She said, "there are a lot of managers here, so how will they know?" I told her, that I too am a Supervisor and that Supervisors are supposed to give their names. She then hung up on me. I got in my car, drove to Domino's, canceled the 72.00 pizza order and I asked to speak with a manager. The girl I spoke to in the store was named Abby. Abby claimed it wasn't her. This was the single most unprofessional experience with a Domino's, that I have ever had. Customer service is dead. This store needs serious training. The managers do not understand what their job is. I have never had a manager hang up on me after they messed up. The person on the other line was very condescending and unprofessional. That was my experience. I hope your is better. And I hope that corporate will invest in training for their managers. To be honest, I wouldn't want to order from that...
Read moreThe pizza was Domino's pizza. Not the greatest pizza in the world, but good carry out pizza. However, and that's a BIG however, service is not a strong point at the Brunswick store. I won't go into my ordering the pizza because the town of Brunswick is a crazy place with all thier COVID rules and apparently the manager (or whoever was in charge tonight) is crazy too. But, when they asked my name I gave it. When they asked for my credit card info, I gave it. When they asked for the type and color of my vehicle I gave it. Even told them I could see the front door. I was told 15-20 minutes wait, maybe 25 because they were busy. I said ok, not a problem. 50 minutes later we call to see where our pizza is and were told "it's coming out now". Sure enough, somebody came out and to a different car, not theirs. Then they walked out back someplace. I was trying to get their attention but they weren't looking. Another person comes out looking around and asks if we are waiting for pizza. Really? No, I just like hanging out in front of here for my health. We finally got our order only to get home and realize it wasn't right. Whatever. Not going back to Brunswick Domino's. I'll go to Gardiner next time. 2 stars because the pizza I...
Read moreI never leave reviews but to get an order wrong three times in a row, something is clearly wrong & the employees need to double-check all of the orders like it says they do. On two different occasions I ordered a chicken alfredo pasta bread bowl w/ no chicken - both times it came w/ chicken. When we called & told the store, they gave us a credit for just one of the bread bowls. Tonight we called the store & ordered again, this time over the phone. We ordered the alfredo bread bowl w/ no chicken, a thin crust pizza w/ extra cheese & cinnamon twists. Literally asked the woman on the phone to use my credit & explained that they got it wrong twice before… so why when the order gets here is the pasta in a regular bowl - not a bread bowl & the pizza is cold, burnt on the edges & squished w/ cheese on top of the box. Half of the cinnamon twists were rock hard. I don’t like complaining, but I shouldn’t even have to. This store is disappointing and the workers clearly do not care to make sure an order is accurate, nor do they care about the temperature & quality of the food. That “quality check” is...
