Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Bryan

Ok, this is totally an older Dairy Queen with a really poor set up drive through and parking lot…. My goodness this place could use a little tlc! However, what this place lacks in luster is made up with a wonderfully refreshing staff. I don’t even eat that often at Dairy Queen’s anymore because they are a bit too pricy for what they sell, but the staff made up for all of that. I had a wonderful experience with the people running this particular operation to the point I would say they made my day. It’s rare that you encounter genuinely cheerful people that make you feel like maybe the world isn’t quite doomed. Kindness can change everything! Oh yeah… I suppose our Churo cones were also delicious…. Totally...

It's sat 12/28/24 at 9:20pm they close at 10pm. We pull up she automatically says their ice cream machine is already shut down for the night. So basically they weren't selling Ice cream, what they are known for, 40 min early!! Why? The car in front of me obviously wanted Ice cream too because they drove off right after they pulled up. The district manager needs to know about this. It's bad enough everytime I've order food it has been old and wrong or missing something. I understand it's hard to find good people to work fast food but people what happened to good work ethics? Your getting paid so stop wasting company money. tried to call for 20 minutes and no answer, get there to the drive thru with 2 cars in line and one waiting on side place order and no sweet tea and was told the drink was only coke products then when the order was broughtout to us we had to remind them about our dilly bars which they brought 2 of the three we had ordered so disappointed in service but the food was good but not right one of the burgers ordered without cheese came with cheese it's good that my wife isn't allergic to cheese. this took place at around 9:30 pm sign outside showed to be open till 11:00pm hope this gets the attention of the owner of this Dairy Queen. maybe need some...
