Hot Dogs and Wings Etc — Restaurant in Bryan

I’ve grown up in BCS and have always lived their food! I must admit, the food is awesome! Although I have had it already with their horrible customer service. Their manager that has been with them for YEARS is very kind and always helpful... but the others are who I’ve had issues with. Today I went in a it was the final straw. One employee “Santos” was BERY disrespectful and rude when he was questioned as to why my food took 25min. He was yelling at me across the dining area from behind the grill. Let me preface this review, I like hot dogs and wings etc. They offer inexpensive fast food. But my major gripe is that on the Uber Eats Store they represent themselves as a store called Big Hot Dog Energy. Their chili dog alone is over 7 dollars. It looks completely different in the photo (on the left) vs the Hot Dogs and Wings Etc. (In the right hand photo). That chili dogs costs 2.14. The chili dog on the left costs 5 dollars more. You may ask what my issue is. The issue is, you get the exact same dog and chili and cheese as the 2.14 chili dog! But the pictures look nothing alike! This can't be right to do. I visited this place a week ago I ordered food in the drive through and got to the window and noticed a problem with my vehicle and it was getting ready to shut off so I pulled out from the window into the parking lot and as soon as I pulled in the parking lot my vehicle shut down and wouldn't restart so the guy at the window finally brought my food to me with an attitude telling me I shouldn't have pulled out of the drive through because it messes up the entire line and I explained to him that my vehicle was getting ready to shut down and if I had not pulled from the window my vehicle would have shut down in the drive through and I believe the guy should have asked questions first before having an attitude about...
