Like the many many times we have ordered from dominoes we use the app which has our preferred store (the one of 6 in college station) and pre pay on the app before picking the pizza up. When we placed the order it said it would only take 18-24 minutes. Once we arrived at the Dominoes on 6 we realized that the app placed the order at this location (William b Bryan). When we arrived at the location 40 minutes after placing our order, they informed us that it would be another 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, we went inside to check if our pizza was ready. The manager on duty said that it would be another 30 minutes (making it an hour and half that we waited for our pizza that should have taken 24 minutes max). During this time multiple other customers also complained about an extremely long wait, including a military officer who just got off duty and had also been waiting an hour and a half for a 15 minute order. When asked why it was taking so long the manager said that she was only prioritizing delivery orders and that she would get to us eventually. She was EXTREMELY rude, condescending, unprofessional, and degrading to myself, other customers, and our military service men. Once we finally received our pizza, the employee giving us our pizza asked if we already paid. We said that we had since we thought we paid through the app. No apologies or compensation was made for this outrageous wait and extremely unprofessional customer service. Several hours later, cops show up at our door saying that they were issuing an arrest for us since we had not paid for a $49.75 order. We explained to the officer that we thought we paid through the app, and that it wasn’t until he showed up that we realized we had not. The manager on duty claimed that the employee tried to get us to pay and that we refused and ran out of the store. There are at least six other customers and video evidence that would prove that to be incorrect. We immediately asked if we could go to the store to pay. The officer called the GM, Dustin, who said that he would drop the charges if we came back immediately and paid. We did. Once we arrived at the store, the manager on duty, (an older woman) said that her and her manager had banned us from the store. We stated that that would not be a problem since this is not the first time we have had this issue with this location, and that there was never a need to escalate to involve law enforcement over a miscommunication and $50 dollars. Needless to say Dustin and the older middle aged manager on duty (Amanda?) are INCREDIBLY unprofessional, rude, and ridiculous. I have contacted Dominoes and hope that appropriate action will be taken to reconcile this situation and better train or remove employees who do not uphold...
Read moreI placed an order before 4 pm to pick up two pizzas at 5:35 pm last Friday. I showed up at 5:50 because this location is usually pretty slow. My tracker said the pizza was ready and I prepaid so it should've been an easy and quick pick up (not to mention I ordered an hour and 35 minutes ahead of time) When I pulled in to the drive through the person at the window tried to give me another order and I let him know it wasn't mine. He then went to retrieve mine, came back empty handed and asked me to pull around again. Confused, I did and when I made it back around he looked for my pizzas a second time, came back empty handed again, and asked me if I could park up front. Confused again, I said okay and did. I checked my tracker again and it still said it was ready. Finally around 6:20 I called the store to ask how much longer it would be, they couldn't tell me and said it would be out soon. I asked if they accidentally gave away my pizzas and they said they were just busy and I asked why the tracker said it was ready and they said it was busy. I also asked why it wasn't ready when I ordered ahead of time and selected a pick up time and all they said was they were busy and it would be right out. Finally around 6:30 pm they brought the pizzas out with quick sorry and no explanation. I was late to the function I was going to and all I received was a snarky sorry. I would have appreciated honesty and letting me know what actually happened but I did not get that. I would not recommend this location and looking at previous reviews it looks like I am not the first one this has happened to. I only ordered from here because it was on the way to the function I was going to but in the future I will go out of my way to avoid this location and I suggest others...
Read moreI placed an order for two 8 count wings, two order of breadsticks, and six medium pizzas online. I paid online; I think the total was about $75. Not long after submitting the order online and paying, I got a call from a woman informing me that my order required a 24-hour notice because it was considered a large order. She went on to say "We're not sure if we have enough dough and product for this order. You ordered ten items." I told her that maybe the next time something online should state that a a 24-hour notice for this order is required, as I was unaware of this rule when I placed the order online. She cut me off in an attempt to gain a better understanding and was extremely short-tempered and had an unpleasant attitude . She talked over me, saying it's not her concern and that she has no control over Domino's website. She hangs up before I can say anything further. I was in the parking lot already. Oscar, another employee, was perplexed as to why I was having trouble getting the ten items when I went to the window to discuss the matter. He then says he is sorry for the call we received and that the order is being worked on. I immediately requested to speak with the woman and instructed him to cancel the order. He said that Amanda, the store manager, is refusing to come to the window and speak with me. He stayed calm and apologized. I'm leaving and will talk to corporate first...
