Wendys, your store at 891 N earl rudder fwy in bryan, tx needs help from someone who knows how to run a store. I get it. There are shortages right now. But it's been close to a year since I've been able to go in there and they weren't out of something, or their computers were down, or they were closed early. I used to go here alot being on my way home from work. Had to start checking my burgers because I would order a double and I kept getting one large patty and one small patty. But tonight was the final straw. I visited March 6th at approximately 8pm. Tried to order the bacon cheddar burger and was told they were out of the cheese sauce. So I switched to the bacon bourbon burger. She said they had everything for that. What I got was 2 patties, a slice of cheese and bourbon sauce. No bacon, no onions, nothing. And when I took it back in side, the "manager" said "you want some bacon? I can give you some bacon but it's burnt" and she crumpled a hand full of bacon on the counter. She then spent the next few minutes, while I was trying to come to a resolution with the polite employees, huffing and puffing and throwing a temper tantrum around the store because I called it bbq sauce instead of bourbon sauce. Ignoring the fact that she just gave me half of a burger that I paid over $12 for, after telling me they had everything for it. I never had any issues with the other stores in town, but this store has become a disgrace. I got my refund and went to a different restaurant. I will not be returning...
Read moreSo I'll start with today's date which is June 17th 2024. It started about 7:00 whoever the manager is on duty that was refusing to give me her name. Also, refusing to tell me how to get ahold of customer service for complaints. We had gone by there on the 12th gotten food, I got a Baconator with medium fries and a large root beer, son of a Baconator with a medium fry and a large Coke, and two chocolate frosties. We received a chicken sandwich, small fry, and two small little burgers not even our order. We've been trying to call ever since then. Just got a hold of them today. The lady tells my husband to go ahead and come up there and when he gets there she all of a sudden wants the receipt. I was taking my time going through to find the cash app receipt that I had which ended up totaling $30.16. In the meantime she rushed my husband out the store telling him how they weren't going to help him because he didn't bring a receipt when he came when she knew I didn't have one because I told her dumb self that before he even came. I told her that if she needed it I would find it so with that said somebody needs to take care of her and our orders. Which we don't want our food anymore we want...
Read moreI have had one problem or another every time I come to this location. Every. Single. Time. My most recent visit will be the last (which is sad because this is the only Wendy's in this area) and I live literally 2 minutes away from it, but will happily drive to College Station just so I don't have to put up with their sh*t again. Besides their fries and nuggets always tasting 5 hours old, I cannot deal with the rudeness of the staff anymore. Tonight, I guess they just decided they didn't want to work anymore. I pull up to the drive thru and wait for 5 minutes before someone comes on and very rudely says they're closed (mind you it says they close at midnight and it was currently 10pm). I respond and kindly ask what time they close because I was confused their website stated midnight, to which she responded (again very rudely) that they are closed NOW....no specific time or anything. I again ask the question of what specific time they closed so I know for future reference (on the off chance the website is incorrect) and I get completely ignored.
