UPDATE: Iām leaving my Original Review below, but May 3rd I went back to this establishment and it was a COMPLETE different experience, the whole Restaurant looked very clean, all the Tables appeared to have Napkins, everyone was courteous and COMPETENT! My food came out Super quickly, correctly and tasted excellent, this is what I expect from Wings and More Franchises. Of course I went after my meal to let them know I was impressed with the improvements from the Horrible service I got last time, it was a different Manager working so iām sure this was the difference.
Anyways, I am so impressed I am raising my Review from 1 Star to 4, but still not 5 because I believe the other Manager still works there and I believe the Clean Store and Great Service versus the Dirty Store and Poor Service reflects who was in charge of the employees and itās a gamble on who might be in charge when you show up.
Original 1 Star Review: First I Love the Wings āN More Restaurant, I gave it a 5 Star Review in the past, so this does not reflect them. But I just ate at this Express one hoping for the same great experience on the way home and was sadly let down! First, when I walked in the floor was very dirty and I was already put off. Then I go to Order the 10 piece #1 and the kid tells me to stop I have to tell him my name first so he can put it in, then he canāt remember I just said 10 piece #1 and ask me to tell him again. Next I go to get my Drink and another employee is standing in front of the lids and straws, iām not sure what he was doing but I eventually had to say excuse me so I could get to them while standing there holding my drink. Then I go to my table when I realize my table has NO Napkins and there were none at Drink station so I have to walk back up ( with my cane in hand) to ask behind the counter for Napkins. Then some guy brings my food out and walks away and iām getting ready to eat, when I realize I only have 9 Wings. So I have to now let them know they shorted me. So some guy, I guess the Manager comes out and says āSorry, Iāll tell my guy to count better, here is a extra Wing.ā Seriously a Extra Wing! What a way to take care of a customer who has got nothing but bad service so far this whole dining experience.
I will say though when I was getting ready to leave one of the other young Employees, I think his Name Tag said (Kamarr?) came over and insisted on taking my Basket and trash up seeing me with my Cane. MAYBE HE SHOULD BE...

I waited 15 mins before someone even came to the window to greet me. The lady asks me if I had the Buffalo bites and I said yes and went to hand her my card. She then proceeded to tell me "Oh we can't take cards right now that machine has been down all day." I asked if I could write a check bc I didn't have a lot of cash on me and she said she didn't know if they could take a check. As I'm digging around for the cash I lacked, I turned to her and told her it would be helpful to tell people when they pull up to order that they are only taking cash right now and she did smiled and said Yeah. I also called the manager and he was very unhelpful and didn't see a point in calling and why I was upset. Needless to say I won't...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have always liked their tenders, and my daughter is usually the one who brings them home. I was in town with my 93-yr-old mom, and she said she wanted this for dinner, so I decided to go by myself. My order was messed up, but quite frankly I think this was my mistake. I noticed it when they brought it to my car. I immediately went in and they couldn't have been more helpful. They gave me what I wanted, no hassles, and the person who took care of me was absolutely gracious. To make it better, it took very little time, for which I was very grateful since I had mom waiting in the car (ac on, but I never mentioned her waiting to them). I definitely will continue to patronize this business. They were the best! Update 4/8/25: my order was messed up again. My sauce, which I paid extra for and asked twice to make sure was included, wasn't there when I got to Mr granddaughter...
